***A Place for the Fakes***

Hi Snowbubble - Welcome to the forum. I don't think that Honeylicious and I were reacting strongly to the false fake Bal posts. Our concern was that reporting an authentic Bal as fake here before verifying that it is indeed fake may hurt the seller's reputation.

I've deleted the last couple of incorrectly reported listings. Please do not post listing items here unless you are 100% sure an item is fake. If you are not familiar enough with the brand, it's better to let others report. If you want to help out, then you can have a bag authenticated first in the ATB thread, then report fakes here once they've been looked at.

Thank you

Snowbubble, our comments have nothing against you as a newbie. Agree with littlerock and MAGJES, it's simply unfair to the seller and if her post get removed due to a falsely report. I've personally experienced that when my bag was authentic and it got removed by either the moderator / someone not familiar with the brand and suspected it was a counterfeit. I had to post up here ask for an authentication and attached that authentication to the website admins in order for them to re-post my listing. It's very upsetting and troublesome too.

That jess girl has some big ****s!!!! How can we report this clearly
counterfeit web site.
I emailed her that what she is doing is against the law and I received a very
immature response.
If you go to her website it shows that she is being served by Chanel; jessyjadebag.com. What nerve she has.
COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
Plaintiff Chanel, Inc. (“Chanel”), a New York corporation, (“Plaintiff” or “Chanel”)
hereby sues Defendants, The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on
Schedule “A” and Does 1-100 (collectively “Defendants”). Defendants are promoting, selling,
offering for sale and distributing goods bearing counterfeits and confusingly similar imitations of
Plaintiff’s trademarks within this judicial district through various fully interactive Internet
websites and commercial e-stores operating under their partnership and/or business association
names identified on Schedule “A” hereto (the “Subject Domain Names and E-Stores”). In
support of its claims, Plaintiff alleges as follows:

Watching the videos, I was struck by how, except maybe for the shape and colors, these look like Bal bags in every way. One person was showing off how the rivets were similar to the real ones.

That's scary to me. Especially dealing with resale. You really have to know your stuff not to get fooled. And even then...
