Hi all, new here and had a question about the Rodeo - does anyone know if there are variances in the crossbody strap length for different color ways? I’m comparing photos on bal's site - both of these are medium sized, but to me, the black seems to have a significantly longer drop than the grey; however, it's hard to be sure because of the knotting.

Asking bc I just purchased a grey medium through eBay - it passed eBay’s authentication and I also had it checked by legitgrails who confirmed it’s authentic. However, my crossbody strap seems to be short; Net a porter and mytheresa both say the medium (black) crossbody strap should measure 118cm - mine (grey) measures about 94cm. I tried checking with bal’s (unpleasant!) chat support who insisted measurements should be the same across the board, but I thought I’d still ask around before disputing with eBay. Thanks!

The inside silver plate has fallen off, but it’s an authentic bag.
