Funny how by the time we go to click on the listing, it just happens to have been taken off. That says it all. I turn them in when I come across them on the bay. They are usually very ugly. One today had handles that looked like bamboo under the plastic. It was gross.

can i report a seller, even if he/she puts a disclaimer on the bottom of the page saying they don't copy names or steal copyright but just borrow the design? there's a seller from South Korea selling an array of pompons (and other Bals + other designer bags) in the buyer's choice of faux leather and various types of real leather. how can this be LEGAL???

If they are using the Designer's name or LOGO ON the bags/tags or in the listing, then YES, post/report it.
PM it to me if you like, and I'll take a look.
