Gorgeous. Pretty sure it's 20C. I have this one as a jumbo, but the leather discolored terribly and the peaks of the caviar leather peeled off. It's currently on its way to the repair facility, but there is little hope they can fix it.

It is my understanding that Chanel never re-releases a seasonal color. There will be grey ones again in the future, but not identical.

Anyone else have issues with that leather from that collection?

Oh no, I am sorry to hear :sad: I have the jumbo grey as well, 20C. It is still in perfect condition but I do baby it. I sprayed a bit of Collonil Carbon Pro on it in the beginning to prevent color transfer.

If you don't mind me asking, how did the leather discoloration and peeling occur? I hope your baby comes back repaired and looking as good as new! This jumbo is my favorite

It's not color transfer. It is a complete discoloration/yellowing all over the main body, not on the pocket which is a different piece of leather. I don't know how the peeling occurs, it is not from use, or if it is, it's shouldn't be. I baby my bags too and this one was mostly sitting in my dark closet due to covid. I used it less than 10 times and mostly to go on a drive to pick up food. Yes, it's very unfortunate because I love love that color and hardware combination. However, I am glad they are looking into it and are trying their best to deal with the situation.

Wow that is crazy especially when it seems like you have barely used it. I see what you mean with the yellowing all over the body so it's probably not because of usage..I wonder what it could be from?? Mine has been mainly sitting in my dark closet as well when not in use and I probably used it 10-15 times when running errands as well.

Good to hear they are trying their best to look into the issue. Hope they are able to get it repaired for you.

I’m sorry you have to experience this right now. Which season is your classic gray if you don’t mind me asking? I hope the store come up with the best resolution for you soon!:hugs:

It was from 20C. I too hope this gets resolved favorably. Both, my SA and the manager thought it was wrong and not my fault, but we will see what the repair guys say. I think there will be more grey bags in the 21A collection and I hope I have an answer before launch so I know if I should replace this one with another grey :)
