Well I just searched for "well worn" and came across some really gross dirty old sneakers... here was the question at the bottom of the page :nuts:

I'm sorry-- but I am looking at auctions like these and it just makes me LOL. Why anybody would actually bid on used socks! Even the title of this thread made me laugh... I couldn't help but think, "what the...?" Hey if used socks are going for $960... I have a ton of them! Hey, I can capitalize on them and buy my wish list! hehehe :graucho:

but in all seriousness... WHY?

If you look at the listing, it's very suggestive- who wears knee socks with pumps? It's obviously geared for those men who have a foot fetish. Read between the lines of the listing...;)

I recently purchased a handbag that I really wanted from a seller at a really great price. I saw she had 100% Positive feedback. I didn't bother to look at her other listings or view the items that she had sold until I received the bag and left her positive feedback. I saw that she sold and was still actively selling "well worn" panties and questionable homemade videos, given the description. She also had repeat customers who paid quite a sum of money. I began to wonder how the handbag factored in. I don't own that bag anymore.
