I have collected some scarves not because I wear them, but because I just love their designs - pure art. I know some people have had pillows made by trusted seamstresses/tailors. I had no one locally I knew or trusted, so I abandoned the idea.

Several months ago I found out that Hermès - the company itself and their very own artisans - are now making their scarves into pillows... who could you trust better?!! I was ecstatic and practically ran to the store with my favorite scarves in hand. After 8 weeks of waiting in anticipation, they have arrived and surpassed my dreams. The cost is $250 per scarf into pillow (cushion included in price; scarf of course you have to provide or purchase separately), and the average wait time is 6-8 weeks. Not all designs will lend themselves well, as the 90 cm will be folded at each corner, so you have to visually imagine how your scarf will look like (see detailed pics below)... there is a little zipper in the back so the scarf can still be removed and cleaned/washed!! Pillow size is approximately 55 x 55 cm (22 x 22 inches) so it’s quite manageable and a good size for the sofa/bed. The pillow cushion is soooo soft, fluffy and cushiony!

Has anyone else availed of this new service? If so, please post pics as I would love to see how a scarf design translates into the folded pillow!

i have another UTW scarf i may make into another pillow as well, love how these turned out! and i agree about the art!!

First off all, I just need to say this. What beatiful bullies you have. I almost cried seeing these photos, as my dear English bull terrier dog died in an accident last week. But I love the photos, I love the dogs and of course I love the scarves. I am scarf girl myself, didn't know the scarves could be made in to pillows. I will definately speak to my SA about this.

Just WOW! Thank you for sharing these pillows! Now I kind of regret getting only one scarf when I love the design! Love your choices but that Magic Kelly is especially eye-catching! It will brighten up my day any day! Thank you for sharing this. What a great product / service!

I believe it’s been at least 4-6 months now since they started doing it and was surprised not to find any posts/info on TPF about it (or anywhere else for that matter).

Obviously the way they’re doing it will not work with certain designs like my favorite Le Pegase is not good for this format, but it’s a wonderful option for other prints.

These are so beautiful (I saw them on your Insta also). So the design needs to look good at a 45 degree angle, right? I'm not sure that will work with the one scarf I love that doesn't love me back.

The zipper and closure look fantastic and well-done!
