1. What do your spouses / boyfriends / family / coworkers say?
A few coworkers did comment that I must have a lot of bags since I rotate them. One asked me for a number in which I just answered with a lot and then ran off. I don't talk about my bags with them since I know they aren't really into bags. No one else has really said anything except my mom. She doesn't like it one bit and tells me to save my money instead. Sometimes I get a long lecture from her... So it's annoying.
2. What are your storage solutions?
I keep most bags in their dustbags on 2 long shelves.
3. Do you sell a bag or bags before you buy a new one [or hoard them all like me?]
If there is a bag I like, I just buy it. I don't wait until I sell old ones first. But when I feel like the amount of bags is getting out of hand, I will look through my list of bags and think about which ones I don't love anymore. Now I am trying to concentrate on quality, functionality and comfort when buying new bags. There is always something new that makes my heart beat faster but I think it's just the high from acquiring new things. So I have to learn to differentiate between lust and love. Lol
4. How long have you been collecting?
I've always liked bags but in the past I would wear one for a long time everyday until it died. I only started buying more and rotating when I discovered this forum since Feb 2014. So yes TPF can be very dangerous to the wallet.
5. What are the price points of your bags?
My price points range from 100 to 1000. Usually they are on the lower end of that spectrum.
6. What is your "rotation schedule?
Very random but usually not more than a week. If I am more busy with life then I don't rotate as often.
7. Do you actually wear all of your bags? or are there some you haven't worn in years but you still keep?
No I don't wear them all... There are some bags that I gravitate towards and some bags I wear just for one day then feel I need to switch back to the ones I like more.
8. Do you have designer faves, or are you kind of all over the map with brands?
I mostly have Coach, Longchamp, and a few Massaccesi bags. Recently I purchased a preloved LV speedy B. I admire a lot of styles (Balenciaga Velo/ Givenchy Pandora/ etc) but don't necessarily have them. In the future I will consider more premiere designers maybe at a rate of once a yr. For now I am very happy with purchasing contemporary designer bags which is at a price point that I am more comfortable with.
9. Do you have a lot of duplicates [same bag in different color / material]?
The only bag I have a lot of is the medium short handle Longchamp Le Pliage bag. I'm addicted to collecting the LE prints. I try not to have the same print though. Also I wish I started earlier since there are so many beautiful prints in the past that I wish I had.
10. What number of bags do you actually have? I have about 55 bags. 5 of them are listed for sale at this point.
11. And the most important, and the questions I get asked the most, why on Earth do you feel the need to have so many bags? Eventually doesn't it just get repetitive?
I didn't start out telling myself I need this amount of bags. It's more like I just kept buying and before I even knew it this number just grew. That's why now I keep a list so I can keep track of everything. I just got a Coach Bennett bag in which my mom promptly asks me why I got another bag that resembles my Speedy B. Lol... Then I'm like but it's a different size, material, and color. Hardly the same.

ain't that the truth. I think this happens to many of us, just look up one day, and you are at number RIDICULOUS of bags. If you have a bag showcase please share the link.
