but they never sent it. After speaking with two different reps and sending emails they sent me a message stating they cancelled my order. Unbelievable! I ordered it on the first day. Got a confirmation email stating it was in stock. I really wanted this purse.

Finally received my two items today! Please excuse the wrapping on my Maise...I just can't bring myself to unwrap it all yet!! Both the Maise and the planner arrived in immaculate condition, brand new and fully wrapped up. No complaints and I'm totally in love!

It's really unacceptable if they never sent you a cancellation email. I've had that with Henri Bendel recently-really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Hope you can find the bag elsewhere at the same price!
