I have both a tennis bracelet and tennis bangle. Between the two, the tennis bracelet is more wearable and comfortable.
To my mind, it's definitely the tennis bracelet.
That said, you always need time to look at the pieces actually on your wrist. I'd pick a day to go to a jewellery store and try examples of both on. See how it would feel to wear both and how both would look on you. Sometimes you can be surprised once you're in the store...

I had my diamond bangle resized so it doesn't turn. The down side is it's no longer a round bangle but an oval shape one.

Have found a gorg 2 prong tb:
With less metal showing more diamond, 2-prong sounds nice in theory. Wonder if 2-prongs are safe enough, especially for bracelets that will see more "abuse" and potential "shock" than pendants, necklaces, rings, and ear-rings?
^I'll be afraid to wear a 2 prong bracelet. Because of constant hand movements, they do get beat up no matter how hard you try to avoid the inevitable.
