I think this sounds like a great plan especially since your birth stone is sapphire. That diamond size would also make an amazing size pendant so it's like you get two new pieces of jewelry out of this solution, sapphire/diamond ring and a diamond pendant! What shape sapphire are you leaning towards? Round or oval I'm guessing? When it comes to a 3-stone I like it when the center stone is significantly higher rather than flush with the sides.

Yes, it would be like i get 2 new pieces if jewelry!! Right now the stone is round. But I could do oval! The center stone is higher than the side stones. Was talking to hubby about it and he said I should leave it alone and think about doing it down the road. It's not in the budget right now, so I have a lot if time to think about it!!! Lmao!

That's what I've been doing, nobody assumes that it's another engagement ring if its on the right hand, right? I feel self conscious with all the diamonds on my hands 😣that's why I was thinking to switch it out, maybe I should just get over it. Lol.☺
