That was my initial thought as well but the more I look at it the more I realized it's clever how they designed it. It's like having two bags. The front has warmer tones while the back has cooler tones.

Is it true the colors look different under different lightings? Some pictures look washed out and others look more vibrant.

The colours for sure change in different lighting.
If you see the one I picked seems much lighter and not so vibrant in my last picture and super vibrant under direct sunlight in my previous post where it is the 3rd picture.
Very true. I may need to upload some new pics of my bag outside because i think it’s most beautiful when the sunshine hits it. It’s bags like this that make me wish PF would let u upload video attachments haha

I thought it might be helpful to post pictures of the same bag under different lighting.
If you have an SA sending you pics of the bag you are considering getting, definitely try and get them to take a picture outside the store if possible.
I would like to add that in real life the bag is definitely looking as bright and vibrant as the more colourful version in these pics.
