The phone holder’s pouch will not hold a phone at all, it will only be able to function like a key pouch to hold small items like coins (it looks like it will fit cards too?). The lanyard will require your phone to be sitting in a case before it can be attached to the phone.

The phone pouch is an actual bag where you can put the phone inside the pouch and also a couple of small items.

The phone holder is just a lanyard. If you look at the pics the gold metal rectangle goes into your existing phone case and your phone just dangles. The phone holder has three attachments that hang off the lanyard: white key cles, chain for attaching keys, and the gold metal tab to attach your phone.

The Métis phone pouch is a crossbody small leather pouch that holds a phone. (Almost reminiscent of a cigarette case from the 80s)

I don’t think so. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it on so I don’t know how long the chain is. But I think this is a great piece for men and women.

Wow the MC bumbag arrived today and Im thrilled with it! Easiest transaction of the whole launch! 3wks ago I texted a Chicago CA thanks to a PF member. The CA immediately sent a paylink and this wonderful bag showed up today with the panda packaging 😍

Other PF members prepared me…this bag is SMALL inside. My big phone, romy, car key, hand sani and a fold up hairbrush max out both pockets. I do a lot of fast, casual errands where I dont need much, so it is perfect for me.

I LOVE the security of this bag. It tucks discretely under arm or can be worn in front to deter pickpocketing!
So great for travel and running into places on long car trips.

The strap is adjustable but it is a shorter shoulder strap (Im 5’6” and crossbody, the longest setting leaves the bag up above the waist), but the smallest setting is way too large for my hips (34”), so I cant wear it as a fanny pack. I will probably use a navy LV guitar strap on it or even my after market white leather one with gold chain.

The bag did come with a slight chemical/fragrance odor. Im super sensitive to chemicals. It didnt bother me. I noticed more odor in the box than the bag itself - I will let it air out and it should be fine. No chipping or other problems. The back zipper pocket liner did have a visible seam, but as a serious sewer, I know that is sometimes unavoidable.

I realize this bag is a niche thing and wont be right for some, but out of the MC pieces Ive purchased, I will end up using this one the most. It looks great with navy, burgundy coats and all my denim. 😍

Bumbag isn't for everyone, I sure look weird with it. But I'm certain you have the style to carry it. I saw on instagram, they even have the huge bumbag in mink! If I could find the post again, I would share it here.

Speedy 25 will be cherry blossom. Cerise only has speedy 20 in the monogram cherry as of now. 😕

Arghhhh....I need/ want a speedy 25, but cherry blossom color way is a little limiting on outfit choices. Don't you agree? Aye.....

Why are speedys so small with this collaboration? I obviously missed out on the white/ black MC ones. Didn't have a chance.

Thank you for your kind words! Yes the bumbag isnt the ultimate fashion statement for me, but will be incredibly practical for daily use.

It is only thanks to PF members that I was able to hunt down these pieces. Now Ive used about 5 years of my purse budget all in a month 😵‍💫!

I appreciate the advisory on the Speedy 25 - sounds like another hard to get item that we will be scrambling for!

I don’t think it’s that limiting on outfit choices if you tend to wear neutral tones. It’s still the brown monogram canvas but it has the pink cherry blossoms so it still goes with most things just not complementary super bright colors

I agree! I would have loved a cerise speedy 25, the vintage ones are so lovely and I think it would be much easier to style than the blossoms version. The 20 is cute but I’m really a big bag person, so I just don’t know how much use I’ll get out of it. I’m still hoping they’ll surprise us with a cerise 25 somehow. Sigh.

Yeah, I'm hoping for this surprise too, as I also think the cerise will be easier to match my outfits. My outfits are very colorful.

Oh high rise bumbag why do you have to be so complicated for me. I just got my high rise today and it's disappointing how bad the quality was on mine. This is actually the second one I have gotten(and will return again) so I have a reference point to compare to. I'm appreciative for having had 2 chances at this but I refuse to accept the flaws at this price point.

-Front monogram is angled and not centered, causing the decorative fold to be uneven as well.
-There's a lot of extra interior lining fabric that another member mentioned. It should be more taut to allow maximum storage.

I grabbed the first one on launch day and was sad to discover it had a stamp issue inside where the letters were unevenly stamped and only half visible. I even traveled to the popup in NYC to see if the TM repair booth could send it in(they couldn't). I returned it right there and decided to put my faith into getting another high rise during restocks. Now this second one isn't even close to as perfectly symmetrical as the first. If I had these 2 to compare at the time then I would have just kept the first one. I don't think I care to try again unless one day these become readily available in stores.
