Can I be added please? I have 5 items (including white nano speedy) that have been in pending validation since Fri, Jan 3. Ordered via my associate at Holt Renfrew.
I can imagine. Right now it seems that the items are easier to get here in Europe. While an order still isn't a guarantee as long as it's still waiting for validation, but at least it's an order. It's sad when I read the stories about people being ghosted by CA's or getting denied to place an order. Must say, when I contacted an online CA last week, (my CA at the boutique was a while off) to see if I could get a specific item, I was also denied. CA offered to put me on a waiting list, that's all she could do. It's only today that the CA at the boutique said I could do an order for the items I wanted. But the CA couldn't tell anything about an estimate delivery date so I'll see what happens. I don't mind to wait.

First of all, congrats on scoring this beauty! Taken that this collection has just launched, it can’t be a return. Wrinkling on the handles is normal, it looks the same on my Speedy de. So is the bottom - as vaccheta is a natural untreated skin some imperfections are normal (was the same on my Alma bb in mono). TBH I’ve never seen plastic stickers on the feet of any Almas. Hope that helps.
To me personally, the bag looks good and very beautiful. I would keep her. However if you aren’t happy with the purchase, it’s worth considering to return her.

Imho, what I personally would do, is to wait and see if it becomes available again later. Or maybe try another CA to see if you can do an order. I did an order for that Alma today (I'm in Europe). If nothing works out, you can always consider second hand later. But for now, I would wait (even though I had to wait a few more weeks). I also don't like to support high reseller prices. I've seen this Alma for sale for double or even three times the original price. No way I would personally do that. Imagine paying a high premium only to find out the bag you want might becomes available later on the website/at the boutique/to order.
I was told the Jan 10th restock has been canceled. They had moved it from the 10th to the 7th, and then it was canceled until further notice.
Just passing on what I was told, don’t shoot the messenger, lol. Very much on team hoping there is a restock!
