is this regarding the orders made on friday when orders opened or the people who set down a deposit for the presumed jan 10th restock?
My CA told me the same thing today as well. She said she will process the refund for me if nothing shows up on the system by Friday. I'm also located in the US.

It was regarding the walk-in DEPWOs made on Friday, day of the launch. She said orders were opening again this Friday, so if it isn't fulfilled by this Friday, then they were told to refund all of the DEPWOs.
Omg. Does this mean we will all be up at midnight again?
This is it. It was the stain on the bottom of the vachetta that did it. I could have lived with the handle.

yah but deposits without orders is different from orders that were inputted and actually submitted. a deposit without order is just money floating in limbo. is she referring to orders that were made and stuck on pending validation?
I have no idea on Pending orders, I'm only referring to DEPWOs with no status update.
no its probably an internal restock on the order broker. although i don't know how they are restocking when they have orders just in limbo. it should be probably be noted, it's not a general restock as in it won't the entire line.
okay got you, so its strictly the deposit without order that haven't been assigned to an order.
I did the DEPWOS on 12/31. She said the item I was looking for was never opened up to order from the warehouse since launch. She didn't mention anything about orders opening up to reorder on 1/10.
