Two of the four items I ordered were available for pickup in the boutique today. I couldn’t wait so I went to pick them up already.

My store still had a little bit of stock left. Everything in the pictures is still available for purchase.

Unboxing coming when all my pieces have arrived . I’m a little sad I didn’t get the LSD panda tag .

My Alma arrived!!!

I feel bad bringing this up because I know I should be grateful but

a) it is a lot smaller than I anticipated, even though it's super cute and

b) one of the handles is super-wrinkled.

c) no Murakami ribbon or tissue paper, but I got the bag and a sticker

Should I keep?

If they can get you another one, I would consider exchange. Otherwise (GASP) I hate that Im saying this, but a handle can always be replaced, if we don't get any restocks this could be the only Alma you can get and it would be a shame to return it and not be able to get another. Almas are a smaller bag but do hold a surprising amount. I LOVE THEM. Very lightweight and classic.

Just heard for anyone who's done a DEPWO, all deposits are being refunded this friday if they can't fulfill the orders.

Interesting. Because here in Europe, I was able to do a second order today, no DEPWO but an actual order.
Which already shows in my account. Every item is still waiting for validation though, fingers crossed 🫰.

Here in the US I keep checking the app and website. Other than trainers, I haven't been able to get availability to order anything. My two in store orders from last Friday are still pending validation....anxious times!

Good morning! It’s been a while since I posted! Hope everyone got their wish lists filled with their Murakami items! I was never offered the chance to purchase any because I am far from being vic. I just had to share that all I wanted was a bandeau or a perfume so I could have one item from the collection. My SA flat turned me down. Oh well. I look at the LV site everyday just to see if one of those are available and BOOM today the perfumes are available to add to cart for delivery tomorrow. So see..my patience paid off! I got the Attrape Reves in the pretty bottle

Wow...I can't believe how many pages and comments there are in this thread. I disappeared for a few days and BAM... Also, I suspect these questions are covered somewhere within the existing 424 pages of this thread, but I looked and wasn't able to find the information, so apologies in advance for what may be duplicate questions.

So, I tried to pre-order and my SA ghosted me...NOT happy, but that is another issue. I was really hoping to pick up the black canvas zippy coin purse, the black canvas key pouch and maybe the white/pink romy card holder. The are all noted as unavailable on the website. I've seen notes about stalking and refreshing the LV website. Is new inventory coming in/being released? Am I completely out of luck and need to look for after market? Is there anything I can do that this point to get my hands on any of these items? I am feeling so disappointed...

With that all said, please keep posting your reveals. I'm enjoying all of your pictures of your new beautiful and colorful goodies.

If that's the case, you did the right thing. Too much money if you are not completely happy with it.
I would try to contact your SA, see if they can exchange it for another one.

deposit without order, it means there's no items specifically attached to the payment.

Why don't you see if they can fix? If they can't under warranty, then return?

Yes, same here in Europe. No availability online for the items I want. Was getting tired of stalking the website after a 3th time last night and even earlier today at the dentist 😅. My SA was off for a while, but was at the boutique again today. We chatted for a while, my Superflat that arrived at the boutique is now on its way to me. And I was able to do another order while my SA tried to enable me in the meantime with a P9 Speedy in a soft pink color, which was really pretty btw 🥰.
Now I'm joining the pending validation club .
