Has anyone received their “pending order validation” items?

has anyone with a selected delivery date and time slot eventually not received the item on the selected date?

Hi everyone

I managed to add a cardholder to my basket and check out last Friday morning. I got the confirmation email right away and my card has been charged. When I track my order, it says Pending Validation still, but gives a delivery date of 7 January - 8 January, but it hasn’t arrived. Do you think there’s any hope that I’m getting this? I’m in the UK. Has anyone else had a UK online order delivered to them yet?

Pending validation is no guarantee, it's still pending. LV can still cancel the order (I hope not) I would wait for an update on the status. Once it goes to in preparation status, the chance is big that your order will be fulfilled.

Is Murakami collection available in Switzerland?

It should but unfortunately there is no website to order online for Switzerland.

Loving everyone's purchases of this collection! I feel like I'm in the early 00s again it's so fun. I'm saving for a wedding this year so holding out for the cherry/cerise collection. I really got on with an SA last year in London, do you you think it's a good time to reach out and ask about it, get on any sort of lists? I know it's still hearsay at the moment but I really can't afford to lose out on this one, the cherry collection has always been my favourite from the 00s 🍒

Hi I ordered a wallet on Friday online which was due to be delivered yesterday, up until this afternoon it was pending validation but this evening it says shipped and I called Customer services who were able to book a 9am-10am timed delivery for me tomorrow morning.

I would definitely reach out. Not sure how far away the store is from you, but if you can, maybe you can even get an appt to make that connection in person. For me here in the US, it has taken some time to bond with my CA and get to know each other, but she has been unbelievably kind and helpful.

I don't think there are any lists yet for the cerise collection. But yes, you could definitely reach out to say that you are very interested in this and if the SA can give you updates regarding pre-order, which items will be available etc.

It seems that more items were allocated to stores in South Korea. They have a dozen stores in the country but their economy is in no shape for shopping lol imho. I walked into a nearby boutique in Seoul yesterday and they had almost everything. The SA did tell me that the particular boutique was better stocked than most and that they were getting shipment requests from other boutiques. Thailand seems to have decent stock as well if any of you are in Asia or planning to travel to Korea or Thailand soon. Or let me know if you need my SA contact

My Alma arrived!!!

I feel bad bringing this up because I know I should be grateful but

a) it is a lot smaller than I anticipated, even though it's super cute and

b) one of the handles is super-wrinkled.

c) no Murakami ribbon or tissue paper, but I got the bag and a sticker

Should I keep?
