it looks like the online shop has already run out of the Murakami packaging, how disappointing!

For those that were able to order online successfully, how did you do it? I managed to get items in my bag but then I got the spinning wheel of death and the app kept saying the item in my shopping bag was out of stock so I kept deleting and re-adding the item.

Did you just wait until it prompted you to take the next step? Or did you keep refreshing? Any tips would be helpful!

I should clarify: I was trying to check out on the launch day and while it went to the payment page for me as well it got stuck on the address part and never let me put my actual payment down. So for those that also experienced this, did you just wait or keep refreshing?

i tend to find checking out via Apple Pay seemed to work rather than filling in the check out boxes.
That said I did miss one item that obviously went out of stock just as I was paying as although Apple Pay seemed like it had gone through, when the screen refreshed after payment it didn’t seem it had and I hadn’t been charged; so I think it just depends whether other people get there first and therefore things are going out of stock as you try to check out.

But it was just a case of keep trying for my one that did go through on Friday.

I can't know for sure, but from what she told me it was from another store. But I know very little about how it works and if that is a no-no for this collection then it's probably a misunderstanding. I won't insist on anything 😆

Based on the CA’s answer, this is what I’m guessing they meant: they cannot request or sell to you another store’s stock.

BUT if you are able to contact a CA at the store that has the item you want, it’s fair game. You can request a send sale.

What a great haul! It’s a bummer about the blurry notebook cover. Not a good look for LV with all these inconsistencies!
The desk tray mm is a lot larger than I imagined! I have one on the way too! What will you be using yours for? The tool box is beautiful with the three murakami colors and removable inserts

Thanks! To be honest, I find the MM a bit of an odd size: too large and deep to style with a book stack on a coffee/bedside/side table, but too small for documents/A4 papers. I put deposits down on all three sizes but this the only one that's been filled I personally would have loved a square vide poche/change tray option, as well.

Thank you so much my lovely girls for your sweet comments! I’m so sorry it took me so long to post. Was working from home today to be able to receive my parcels, took the pics and then work got extremely busy but now I’m taking the time to share my new beauties! Living with a phone in my hand for almost five days and stalking the website as an insane addict every 5-10 minutes paid off finally

Unboxing number one - have been waiting until yesterday for her confirmation, and wanted to get her so very much! I’m so happy she’s here and now mine was pleasantly surprised to receive a shopping bag, panda tag and stickers (not on the pic) with this parcel.

I'm just confused why my Nano Speedy (ordered by my SA through link and paid for) is still in pending order validation but the bag is restocked on the site? Even my SA said he has no idea when my bag will be fulfilled but how are they fulfilling online orders?

❤️ gorgous! Please can you do a little review of the pencil pouch and what other items could fit? I am thinking about it as a tiny catch all for hair ties, lip balm and mini hand creme. I love that the zipper is NOt white! Haha

Has anyone managed to get a response in UK from customer service online/email?
I managed to add the white pochette to cart on Friday morning, went through to check out and the money has been deducted from my bank. I’ve recieved no emails, no confirmation and it’s not showing on my orders on my account.

Check your trash box. I had the same thing happen. Realised that the email was in trash and I actually have duplicate LV accounts. The customer service guy found 4 accounts in my name.

I watched an unboxing video on YT for a Romy Murakami card holder. It was the blue color with the multi white color print and it’s supposed to have the Panda 🐼 as the zipper pull. This person had a traditional Romy pull zip with the LV circle logo only! No Panda!! 🐼🐼How did LV not catch that??! 😮

I just saw that too! I thought that was so weird!

I got passed the payment page multiple times and I still had no luck. It would say the item was out of stock
