Yes, someone earlier on the thread was scammed by a fake CA on Instagram. You have to be super careful. I know Saks can’t do a payment link which makes it even harder to verify the person.
 
Happy that both of us got a nice Monoglam EW PM at the end, I still love that bag 🥰 . Oh, I hope so too, some of the 20 Speedy's seem to have issues with the piping, fingers crossed indeed for perfect Murakami items for both of us 🫰😁. Me neither, no invite but I might just ask the SA if there will be some kind of event. Or perhaps for VVIC only or something which I am not 😅.

Ah yes, I know more people don't fancy the faces. I think I will skip the cherry blossoms but I'm definitely in for the cerises. I'm that woman who will grow old with a 20 Speedy with singing/smiling flowers on it :lol:. Oh, and perhaps also that LSD panda if I can get the Alma 🤣🤣.
I love art, and to me, I see the flower bags in this first drop not only as bags, but also like a piece of art. It makes me smile by just looking at them, my Speedy is definitely going to be my happy bag 😍. And the Mocha hands are also a piece of art to me. Brilliant.
I love all the white and black MC too, brings back memories. But clumsy me would probably ruin a white bag quickly, especially with the rainy climate, so a white bag is not the best option for clumsy me 😂😂.
Yes my Speedy 20 definitely has funky piping, but unless I can get another one Im keeping it. The alma bb was in great shape although I am not happy the zipper fabric is bright white instead of beige.

I love art as well and am friends with a number of painters, so these artist collaborations are meaningful to me and I adore the Moca hands.

The Kusama collection really spoke to me - this morning I wore the neverfull with the Screaming Face side out!
 
My CA from another store (Saks) actually tried to put in an order for me for the speedy 25 and nano since the beginning of December and was not successful. He just texted me and said there will be a restock this week, but it is for whatever is left from other stores and anything that is soldout will not be restocked. At this time, I don't know who to believe anymore...🤷‍♀️
Thanks for the info! Prior to the launch I was told the speedy had completely sold out in preorders, but on Friday I was able to get it into my cart before the whole website crapped out! Still undecided on what to do - I don’t think I can handle the rejection right now 😂

When I reached out via the chat yesterday they told me "Your item is estimated to ship in 1-2 weeks." So I might be in limbo for awhile - wondering if that is the anticipated restock.

I'm in the same boat as you, placed all my orders through my CA and have some pieces still pending that were processed on the 3rd. My CA reassured me my orders went through.
 
I’m not hopeful there will be restock, which is why I just bought what was offered to me and in stock. I can use it as a wallet and if there is a restock I can always still grab what I’d like then.

Yeah at this point with all the floating info, cancelled orders after the mysterious 2pm time frame and assumed restock this week while some were given weeks and months of delivery times …. Who really knows?!

My CA is still saying that it opens tomorrow again if I want to order anything else. I’ll update everyone then!

I wanted to share my non-joyful experience with the Murakami collection so thus far.

I went to my store during launch day and was the first in line. I was able to purchase a bandeau bb and placed an order for the white speedy 25. My husband placed an order for the white nano speedy. The CA stated we will get an email around 1 PM central time to pay for the orders. My husband received an email for the nano speedy, which he paid for. He had to utilize a second credit card since the first card was flagged for fraud and he wanted to pay right away since the email is supposedly only valid for 30 minutes. The order finally showed up in his profile a few hours later and "Pending Order Validation". He called the CA regarding not getting an email for my speedy 25 and the CA stated he was working with the manager to sort this out. Supposedly there was an inventory problem...

Fast foward to today, he chatted with CS. She stated the order is not showing as an active order as the payment has not yet been processed. He told her the payment in fact has been processed as it shows up on his credit card account. She apologized and stated she has limited visibility and to contact the CA that placed the order. He contacted the CA, but he said he would not be back until Friday and will follow-up then. He decided to call CS to see if he would get a different response. This lady initially said she could not find his account with the phone number provided...when he was looking at his online profile and the phone number matched what he gave her. She finally found the order with the order number and said the order was unfulfilled and he should contact the CA to get a refund or go into the store for a faster refund! He asked why was he not contacted if the order was unfulfilled and have the refund processed automatically, but she told him to contact the CA. He then inquired about a restock and having the order re-processed, but she said she does not have any information on a restock at this time.

This collection is supposed to be something special as I have loved it since it came out, but of course I was not in a financial position to purchase at that time. These items were supposed to be my birthday gifts in two days, but I guess it is not happening.

What was supposed to be a joyful and luxurious experience from one of the largest fashion houses has been nothing, but frustrating and quite annoying to be honest.

I'm thinking about not spending money at LV anymore. I may just go ahead and take the funds to purchase items at Hermes for my birthday.
Really sorry this has happened to you especially after so much effort.

In the past I have had multiple orders cancel and never gotten a notification from LV. When I called customer service all they would ever do is refer me back to my CA who has to process the refund.

It can be frustrating but it also gives the CA one last opportunity to try to source product. In dealing with LV regularly for several decades, I can say they do things more slowly than other companies and expect their customers to exercise a lot of patience.

This launch has been so chaotic and the CAs are so swamped it has left a lot of customers understandably upset. Hopefully your CA can process the refund in a few days 🙏🏻

My CA did say there would be a US restock in a week or so. I really hope they will be able to fill a lot of these orders in 10-14 days, but it sounds like no one actually knows how they are allocating product. I was told with the restock they should be able to secure products for regular customers known by the CA and store but orders from new to store customers may be given less priority and could cancel.

I spoke with my CA today. I have two orders pending validation. He told me they are trying to allocate stock. He said they are expecting a restock this week and I should know more in the next couple of days. I have no idea what to think at this point. I don’t feel confident that the orders will be fulfilled but I am grateful they haven’t been cancelled.
