Ended up preordering an alma... Went from not wanting anything from the collection to stalking the website non stop for the nano speedy since Friday (and resisting the alma) but alas it was so nice in person. Oops.
Gachapon if you buy any items. Sadly I only got a sticker pack! Would have loved a tamagotchi.

I'm curious about the last point about bottom leather on the alma staining, vs the white monogram base for the nano speedy (or the vanity - I was deciding between white MC vanity and alma). Are you saying the white monogram base is less prone to staining? I was thinking in this case both are prone anyway!
I was concerned about the vachetta more than anything... But ultimately got the white alma instead of vanity because it was a bigger bag for less money lol

Still making up my mind about that. Try to get the keychain or try to get the black epi Alma BB 😅. Difficult decision, I just can't make up my mind.
I totally get the part about being exhausted. I must say I really enjoyed this thread even though the online launch was a mess 🙈.
But maybe this was for the best if you were settling and your heart was with the black PA. Who knows, maybe the black PA will cross your path later, you never know ☺️.
Alma BB. It has more space and personally, I like it better than nano. Nano is really small (wouldn't work for me).

Someone else mentioned it around the same time I did - I think it's called the Flower Go Walk, and I think it's something Murakami already designed (not for LV specifically) - I even found a MOMA edition when I googled it. Okay darn, it sucks that I got some stickers instead of a $100+ tamagotchi

thanks for your reply. My white nano speedy has just arrived for collection and I was thinking I made a mistake of getting that instead of the alma, but at the same time, all the vachetta on the Alma concerns me.

It’s alright!! I started with only going after the white nano and then listening to kept growing after I saw other pieces. Online pictures really don’t do justice sometimes!
But overall, happy I got the piece I wanted since the beginning 😊

Well, the black alma bb is seriously gorgeous!! I love that it can be very much Murakami in your face, or you can remove for a more subtle look. Plus you can use the panda charm on other bags 👀
I really hope not but IF it is cancelled, you can try and source it again? Instead of believing it’s a good order when it’s not?
