Hi …. Do your orders state pending for validation? I am in Australia too and am confused about this process.
Hi, yes both are pending for validation - I am fairly sure they stay that way until the order is ready to be fulfilled :smile:

I did see a fair few pages back though that if there is a date showing for shipment you should be ok but with this launch I am not holding my breath!
 
I haven't but of it's not changed today I will. It is an estimated delivery of Monday/ Tuesday

Mine say the same.

I heard horror stories about people calling in the US, however yesterday when I called around 3:30pm there was only a wait time of around 2 minutes. The adviser I spoke to was lovely and helpful (I can’t remember his name but he sounded Australian lol) and quick to confirm my orders once I told him the details. Might be worth a try!!
 
People who have paid by payment link , did you get an email confirmation if the order? I placed an order through my SA and paid via the link and that was it. I have no idea where it’s coming from. This is getting stressful!
I didn't want to bother her today because I know they were all busy..
I received an email receipt in my spam folder. Shortly afterwards, the order showed in my online account with LV (and has been pending validation since). Hoping it doesn’t get canceled!

Just catching up with this thread (no so much pages to catch up this time, unlike yesterday hahahaha) I love to see all the goodies you picked up so far, congratulations to everyone who was able to score some fabulous purchases 🥰!
So I went to sleep last night, woke up at 05:00 am because I had to go to the toilet. It's crazy, first thing that came into my mind is to check the LV website just in case. Of course, there was nothing as I had expected 🤣. No key pouch yet. Must say the PA in black is also growing on me now, after seeing some fabulous pictures in this thread. Temptation 🙈. Anyone else who is tempted by more pieces after seeing some real life pictures?

I continued to run errands today while I suddenly got an e-mail from LV...my eyes were like oehhh 👀👀🤣. It was false alarm. It was just a notification that the chocolate charm I was interested in last year (I clicked on the "notify me" button for that one last year) did not came back in stock. Speaking about bag charms, I don't know if anyone is still looking for the fortune cookie charm, because that one is actually available again in Europe even though it is from an older collection (I got one for Christmas).
Anyway, still no luck to get the key pouch butttt....while my DEPWO was in preparation yesterday, it now shows that it is in transit, so that is good news! I only noticed that it will arrive at the boutique instead of my home address (boutique is 2,5 hour away from me and I asked them to ship it to me). So I wait until my SA messages me (probably next week), I think it won't be a problem that he ships it to me. I'm excited...can't wait to see the bag 🥰!
 
My order in my account still says pending validation. I ordered at 9:30 am in Germany yesterday. Is it like this that it takes so long to get a confirmation?

Same here, ordered 3 items. Romy has shipped, zippy coin purse is order in preparation, nano speedy says order awaiting validation but delivery date 7th-8th of Jan

Same here. I ordered about at the same time. Two pieces still pending validation, also Germany. I think that is normal.
The bag is estimated delivery next Saturday and a keychain end of January.
Same for me (also Germany). Fingers crossed that our orders will be confirmed & shipped out!
 
Collected my carry all in the flagship store in Singapore but the experience felt decidedly in-luxurious… our SA is on leave but told me I could head in to collect the bag, when I reached the store I showed them the receipt and was told to wait and entertain ourselves while they brought out the bag. It took a hot minute - no one offered to provide us with any water or similar - but the SA finally showed up with the bag in a pretty beat up TM paper bag. Bag is in good condition and I’m quite happy with it (seems like the logo placement is not fixed for the carry all luggage tag?). I requested for a new paper bag since the one she passed me is torn (due to sticky tape) and had the order receipt stapled to the exterior, but she flat out told me no packaging was available in the store. I left after inspecting the bag and she passed me the paper bag - with the receipt still stapled to the outside! I was walking around for a while in the mall with the receipt flapping about before I realised it was there.

She also didn’t pass me the token that I am able to use at the pop up for the gachapon machine…

I dunno why we spend such amounts of money to get items and get treated like peasants sometimes. #fwp
 
The vachetta is easy to deal with - I hand paint on Angelus satin matte clear coat BEFORE I ever touch the vachetta (otherwise it will actually amplify any fingerprints). It prevents the staining and allows the leather to patina uniformly. On leather that has stains, I get the a light beige Angelus matte coat that matches the patina'd vachetta beautifully, and I hand coat the leather and use artist brushes to go around the stitching. This is a painstaking process but it makes worn, stained nasty vachetta look BRAND NEW.
If one day you decide to make a video, that would be great. I have a couple of bags to fix🙏

Yeah, totally understand. I had similar experience with someone on duty when my CA was off (it was for a different purchase). Yes, just one person can ruin a brand for you.

BTW, I went to my local boutique randomly today and there was a small queue. I waited a while and decided not to participate in the chaos. I tried calling my CA to rescue me, but apparently she was busy.

Truth be told, I saw many bags on display in the window and I was underwhelmed. The only thing that really stood out to me was the carryall. I'm glad you got it. It's got presence. I cannot explain it. Sorry about the shopping bag, but at least that carryall is very pretty in person.
 
Anyway bag reveal - the product photos showed a pink LV logo for the luggage tag but mine is in lime green. That’s fine I guess, doesn’t make too much of a difference to me!

I’m happy to have secured the bag and send a message to thank my SA for his efforts, but also to let him know that I would like proper packaging and also the game token when he’s back… hopefully he will come through with the token at least.
