DEPWO update: I waited patiently until 4 pm to ask my CA for an update after not getting any order emails or seeing any account updates. She said they were able to put orders in but still had to wait for head office to confirm availability. I have no idea what this meant (did she mean in general they could do orders or that they were able to put mine in). I was super busy and couldn’t really follow up too much either. Plus she was off today (the SM was going to handle my orders for her) and I didn’t want to bug her too much after how crazy the holidays have been for CA’s in store. I don’t have the SM’s number to ask her directly. Anyway, it’s been a few hours and my online account is finally showing a couple of items: toolbox and notebook cover. Very exciting but it still says validation pending. But it is also showing a negative purchase for a DEPWO which I’m pretty sure means a refund. So what I see is my original DEPWO (for a total of 9 items), then the negative DEPWO (full amount), then a third order with the toolbox and cover. 😬😬😬 Any hopeful interpretations or thoughts or advice? I’m holding out some hope bc the full DEPWO refund was before the order that went through, so maybe the others will appear soon too.
I don’t think I’m gonna get a straight answer over text though and might need to drop in again.
