My CA said something similar in store today - for the US more stock should open up in about a week. She felt pretty confident she could order most things for me, however the Superflat Alma is still a big question mark!

Picked up my preorder 1 out 3 today. Sa told me the others will come different time… probably next week.

I think mostly it was CAs that were reached out prior to launch. I submitted my deposit 12/28
What she said about only VVIC and VIC being able to get these items is not necessarily true. I am in neither category, but my CA, with whom I have a great relationship, managed to reserve all the items i wanted when they arrived at the store. Even on here so many of us were able to get the pieces they were looking for....

People who have paid by payment link , did you get an email confirmation if the order? I placed an order through my SA and paid via the link and that was it. I have no idea where it’s coming from. This is getting stressful!

Ahhhhhh thank you! I didn’t see that part where it has to be accepted . I guess I’ll wait for the other email. Stinks they charged the credit card before accepting the order, they could’ve done it after accepting it….they are making this so difficult!
No I don’t have anything in my order history but was charged for the items. I am getting so nervous about this. If I don’t get the items, I have to deal with trying to get a refund. I was on hold for sooooo long trying to reach somebody in customer service and I never got to talk to anybody.
Just snagged the white size 8 trainers for u.s on the website. Not my goal of an alma bb or Sarah wallet but here's hoping!

The whole thing is so nutty. I am a VIC and couldn't get my pre order in during December. Today my CA, who I've known for years, was only able to fill four of the items from stock and I had to go in person to pick them up today. She tried to order the other items, but who knows???
