So if orders for this drop are only going to be taken via the website (talking about the U.S.), is one saving grace that if we have problems or questions, online customer service LV folks can help us, compared to how online CS was unable to help with any of the orders placed through the order broker via in-store CAs?

But we were hours deep in line with online CAs during the 1st drop and the website kept crashing. I am getting more nervous about it as we close in on the date. I doubt I'll be able to get anything anyway except sporadically like last time.

I was traveling and didn't even try to buy anything online on 1/3. Ugh about being hours deep in line with online CAs! I didn't know that.

Yeah, I'm honestly at this point probably not even going to truly try. (I mean, I'll go to the website that day and roll the dice lol. But I probably won't invest my night and day because it seems like it would be easier to win a state lottery than get anything from this drop. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be...)

You triggered me with this. I forgot about the queue on launch day! 45 minutes waiting only to be disconnected after an automated message because they couldn’t help 😭
 
Wow, a lot of you could already place an order. So happy for you! I only could do a depwo. I’m curious if you all are a prestige client or if there are different rules in your country?
My SA said no prestige clients for our store.

So I called client services to inquire about more info for Friday, she told me she’s hearing 8am (not sure which time zone as i forgot to ask 🫠 but US ofc), and she said calling to order might be the best….. take that with a grain of salt ☕️
EST for the US. It was 9am EST for the first drop. I imagine it will be the same for this one, with 8 Central for me.
 
Murakami has used the same cherry blossom motifs in a lot of his original artworks, but I don’t think he’s produced much merch with it beyond prints/stickers and cookies.

The cherry blossoms were all over his massive retrospective at the Kyocera museum in Kyoto last year!

the tonari no zingaro shop also cycles through stock of merch including the sakura charm/brooch. the puzzles were also fairly popular since a lot of people will frame them.
