I feel like I am being played by LV. My LV client advisor is very unhelpful and acts as if I’m bothering her. Meanwhile people are ordering the CB speedy successfully on this forum. I placed my
order on March 21 and she told me to cancel it since its unfulfillable but I see people are still placing orders for the CB speedy. So is there a reason behind her pushing me to cancel it? Just not understanding how my order that I placed 4 months ago isn’t being honored or prioritized to be fulfilled. Im getting frustrated and feel hopeless because no one can give me an honest answer from LV. My order is floating in the air!

What would you guys do? I truly want this bag so badly that’s why I have been holding out for so long but would it be worth it to cancel it and see if I can reorder it? Seems like stock pops in and out but rarely and you have to be quick
I am so sorry you are having such a bad experience with LV and still dont have your bag. They have a longstanding practice of taking full payment for orders, which are sometimes cancelled or stay unfulfilled for months. It is also confusing for clients because LV doesnt necessarily tell clients when their orders wont fill. Sometimes they even say the order is unfilla le but then the item comes in a month later!

LV has different stock “buckets” they pull from. The online CA’s have one set of stock and can sometimes pull from stores. The stores themselves have a different “bucket” of stock they pull from and then certain flagship stores receive extra allocations/stock other stores dont have access to.

It sounds like the stock allocation for your order has been been exhaudted, so if it is feasible, and you see one available, it is definitely worth trying to place another order through another store/CA or Saks if you see one posted, etc.

Hopefully someone on here can help. Definitely keep checking the Saks and LV CA’s on IG too. A return could be posted and only available for a fee minutes before being snapped up. People are also having good experiences ordering from Momoland on IG. Truly feel for you and hope you will be able to get one.

I know. It has made no sense except I believe it's because of the way they are allocating the stock. When there was more MC and the burst of CB items came back, it was Saks stores mostly.The rest were here and there. CB Speedy was one of the toughest gets of all three drops. Trust me I know. Had one stuck in my cart on drop day and it never replenished online. I was only able to get one recently because my former Chanel SA @ Saks (they lost their Chanel boutique in her store) still sends me items from time to time and I happened to be right on it when she what's apped the CB restock.

If you can, since you want it so much, keep your order open and be on the lookout for any stock notifications. The ladies here have been wonderful at letting us know and sharing SA'S. I wouldn't cancel in hopes that one would just pop up. You never know, your order may actually come in. Maybe you can ask CS if they can help with an ETA if your CA is being unhelpful. So sorry you're feeling this way. Like @TT657 said, pay attention to this thread, if Saks and LV CA's IG come up, place your order immediately. Once you have your said item in hand, THEN cancel that LV order. Don't listen to your LV client advisor anymore. He/she isn't helping you at all.

I've seen so many ppl got their dream bags via stalking this forum for immediate notices. Good luck to you! :smile:
 
Not to jinx anything but I was able to order CB Speedy last week after soooo long!! :biggrin: Mines is in POV and will update back when it moves!

In March, I had ATC for half an hour and hopelessly could not check out. Then I attempted StockX but there was an issue with my order (so I took that as a sign as no go). Then I reached out to Momo and decided to sleep on it - but the next day, SAKs shopper had it (but it never manifested) and now last week happened!! My husband detests resellers with a passion and if I purchased from a reseller it would really annoy him (every time I wear my bag, it would be a constant reminder). It's not all resellers just the ones that buy with the intention to resell because he believes they are the root of scarcity and perhaps even some super fakes.

Last weekend there was a rumor that there would be no CB but we dispelled that here at TPF! :smile: Looks like there are mini restocks that pop up! Sending positive CB vibes to those who are still waiting!!! :heart:

So happy for you!!! I know it's been a challenge for us all and still is! But I have seen restock in the UK just yesterday. So I am also keeping hope alive. Thanks for sending us all here still trying positive vibes ❤️
