I’m so surprised to hear this since I know you placed your order super early and your order went into preparation before mine did too. I got a shipping notification finally on Saturday night. It was just picked up by UPS yesterday in TX. Hopefully you get a notification today! 🤞

Hi I would suggest that you contact a digital SA via phone or chat. The speedy's were available to order last week and will likely become available to order again on Friday. You will have to pay up front and wait for 3-6 months for delivery, however. Outside of paying the premium waiting is going to be your best bet. Most who order the speedy in December/January and fully paid are still waiting on delivery. I know I am in that boat. I don't want to pay a premium but I am also getting impatient with having funds tied up for months with no product. Best of Luck!

So excited for you! When I ordered the pink bandeau it did say expected ship was 7 days. Hopefully not screw up but nothing I can do. I assume it will ship later this week but who knows.

For those of you whose orders are in the "shipped" stage, how long did it take for the tracking to actually update with real tracking info? Mine has been sitting in awaits for carrier pick up for a while and it's making a little nervous

I did for the nano bucket on 3/14 at launch day. I missed the notification, but when I click on it I see "add to cart". I try adding to cart and it errors out. 🤣 The notification is still hanging around and I do check to see if I can cart it in the off chance it'll actually go through. Lol

When I had it sent to me at home usually on that same day or the day after.
When I have it sent to the store, no update till collection in store (when it actually arrived at the store for pick up).

I am located in the US. I purchased the Nice Mini on the 14th, received shipping notification on the 15th. Up till about an hour ago tracking said that it was waiting for the carrier pickup. It has now started moving with a scheduled delivery date of tomorrow.
