We need - aside from more stock - an international network to get what we want. 😄 I put *effort* into deciding if I wanted to get the Alma BB and it wasn’t even available in Hong Kong?! Obviously I’m biased as it was my favourite item but it seems like such a key piece to miss out. There were only two all pink bags.

Honestly these regional restrictions are annoying. I can sort of understand Japan exclusives given Murakami is Japanese, although according to this forum he and/or his LV line are actually less popular there. But entire continents that don’t get any wallets? Or don’t have the cheaper (“cheaper” lol) trinkets like charms and silks? Weird.
 
No luck. (US). I was able to add the Neo Noe, Nano bucket bag, and pink scarf 70 into my cart at different points in time through the first couple of hours but kept getting an error during checkout. So frustrating.
I joined the waiting room on my computer around 8am EST (pointless) and also used the app on my phone plus rang CS at the same time. The estimated wait time for CS at open was quoted at 3 minutes but I ended up waiting about 52 minutes to speak with someone.
This whole Murakami launch has been a complete disaster.
Side note: I chuckled when I saw that the waiting room had a disclaimer stating that the order you were let in to buy stuff wouldn’t be based on first come first served.
 
So I’ve ordered a few items from the Murakami line the day they dropped... sadly, till this day nothing has been shipped yet. But I’m happy to share that I did get to order the cherry blossom PA through CA on the phone :smile: estimated time of arrival May…
Are you in US? I was able to get the PA as well, so excited! My order status states it will ship next week and SA confirmed this. I wonder if it will ship out in waves?

hi, would anyone know if we can change the delivery address without cancelling the whole order? Checked out in a rush and didn’t notice the error until later :sad:
I second calling in to talk to a CS right away to fix it (if they can). I remember for my recent home delivery shippings they were so strict that my only real option was to have it deliver to a neighbor (this was UPS). I remember calling in to try to change it to my work or in store and they said it wasn’t possible.
 
I’m guessing the whole website waiting room was to try avoid bots? As on the app it’s your account so it’s already linked to a person

I literally had 5 tabs of the waiting room open since 7am this morning and nothing has let me in yet! Whereas I managed on the app!
I can’t even imagine how many bots there are 😭 this reminds me of the Hermes website game 😭😭🥲
This is worse than Hermes online. I've been able to successfully get a purse from the H website.
 
I want to check with experienced of tpf about my order status.

“Pending Order Validation” ->

1) Does it mean my order might be cancel if they cannot find enough pieces?

2) They are waiting for my piece to be made.

This is the first time they send an email telling me that they received my order deposit and not order confirmation.

I’m not high-spender who buys limited stuff regularly, so never had such experience.
