I received the hydration on hand set last week which was my first time ordering from the Chanel website. My previous orders have been through other retailers i.e. Macy's, Bloomingdales, etc. and the Chanel packaging blew my mind. Makes me happy I received it and will be able to gift it. I was able to order the cleansing duo yesterday which I plan to keep for myself since I want to try the cleanser and keep the pouch.

Yes, the packaging from the website is very nice! Got an option to select a white cotton pouch or white box too. I ordered one cleaning duo from BG before the online stocks available again. Received the order from BG today without any packaging so disappointed. So tempted to return cuz I also ordered another one from the website along with the lipgloss.
I have been trying to get the hydration on hands set for the past 1 yr now and finally was able to get one when an instagrammer posted links. I also got the cleanser duo through my local Chanel beauty store. I agree, the packaging from the Chanel website was lovely! Both sets are great and I was surprised to see full size products. The bags are beautiful in person! I plan to use mine as a carry all. Definitely not makeup though as the lining is light in color and made of cloth material.

When I placed my order last week, I did not realize there was a choice for the white cotton pouch or box. I think the default was the box, which I'm glad since I'll gift that order. I considered the pouch for the cleansing duo, but I felt nervous about the liquids be jostled about during the shipping process. I felt the box would keep them safer from spills.
That's disappointing BG's packaging was lacking. If it's not too much trouble to return, you can return, or just keep them as back up? Or, gift to someone else?
So envious…I keep on missing the opportunity to order. Do you think it will pop up again on Chanel website? Also curious if the men’s Blue de Chanel will come in the same grey pouch?
The cotton pouch is part of the packaging on top of the box set so there won’t be any spilling lol. Yeah, I know too much trouble to return so I’ll keep it. I’ll receive 2 of my online orders tomorrow and will post pics so you can see how the cotton pouch looks like. I haven’t seen it either.

I would have done it for the moisture at hand because it doesn't make me as nervous, but yeah, I realize the set does come in a box. I'm hesitant because I've seen some spills. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing the pouch. I'm laughing at myself for being excited to see a pouch.
Y’all… I ordered the Hydration on Hand set and they accidentally sent me this. It has the same lip balm, but instead of la creme main, it has a twist and spray of coco mademoiselle. I’m not complaining, I just found out that I love coco mademoiselle, so it was a happy surprise
