Just confirmed that my moisturizer set shipped! So I guess it's still possible. I think what's likely happening is they get stock and then everyone orders at once and they allocate according to *enter mystery here* to determine where the stock actually goes.

My lip gloss set shipped and I bought a nail set and mascara set for my sisters bdays and they have all shipped from Nords. I ordered the lotion/lip balm for myself and its still waiting to ship 
I talked to a Macy's Chanel SA yesterday and she said sets won't be in store for another 2-3 weeks. I also saw a TikTok that two more sets will be released on Black Friday it will be fragrance and with either the lip conditioner or the hand lotion and will be in the black and beige bag SO dont spend all you money yet ladies!

Oh yeah. There is definitely hope. I ordered from Ulta, Violet Grey, and Dillard's. Usually I can't afford them but I got my income tax refund super late so I was able to buy these elusive, wonderful gift sets. I am thankful.
My Chanel Beauty SA at Nordstrom told me yesterday that they will not be shipping any more gift sets to the stores at this point and instead will divert them to Nordstrom.com. So I would recommend to keep checking nordstrom.com
