I usually stay pretty quiet on here and use the forum to just search through other posts.. but i
I have numerous other LVs that I purchased in boutique. I no longer live close to a store.. (3+ hours away) so I’ve been ordering through client services via phone. I am trying to get a simple neverfull MM and today I was delivered my THIRD exchanged bag with horrible quality control problems. The first bag arrived with a huge mark on the bottom interior. The second and third both have stitching that looks like my 4 year old daughter did it..:(anyone else having issues?

Thats not unusual. I returned 2 bags for the same reason. LV just said its normal as they always do

That is pretty bad. I'm sorry to hear you've had such bad experiences with ordering through client services. I have always been lucky, the only time I've ever had a bad experience ordering via phone/online is when they sent me an item with a truly terrible hot stamp. I called them immediately and got the whole "it's been personalised so you can't return" spiel, until I sent them photos of it and they agreed it was dreadful. Other than that, I haven't had any issues. If I received what you've received, that would definitely put me off.

It looks like they're churning out bags so quickly that they can't do proper quality control, but that doesn't line up with the fact that many of their items are rarely available to order! Sad.
 
Hi girls, I would like to share my very recent experience at EU store (last weekend) I went to get Alma BB DE, one day they didn't have any, the next day they had 2 I could choose from. None of them were perfect but one of them was horrendous. Buyer be aware! Really check your bags properly, I was amazed how they could let it onto the market, so the issue was 1. the bottom was like 5 mm above the trim (one could basically see the bottom) and second most obvious the red thread was showing on one side (this red thread is basically the inside one).

I got one which was better and looked how it is supposed to look like, but the other one it was sewn wrong, if you didnt know you would think it was fake. But I have another story with pochete metis.... that was a nightmare of a purchase, ended up returning the first one got another but this one has 2 different clastps, now i wonder if it was real but checked the guides and it seems that it could be one being old style one new style. I can post pictures if anyone interested
