Thank you for all tour updates ladies, I think I will go back home and try again tomorrow.
Hang in there to the ladies who are in line

Oh no, were you already in line? I almost thought I was going home empty handed when DS began crying from exhaustion and that was a bitter thought after putting in almost 5 hours. Good luck to you!

How much was the line stander? I didn’t see any line cutting in my area.

I got there around 7:45 and didn’t get in until 12:30 maybe... It was brutal this time because I brought DS. He finally had a meltdown as we got inside. I spent 15 min in there, 10 trying to calm him down and left with a Tyger tyger csgm and a siesta at paradise in fuchsia. Happy with these but, sigh, I learned my lesson. Will not bring him again next time.
Oh my, that was you. Your son was so patience though. He last way longer than I expected. I was with my cousin few people ahead of you and right next to you when he had a melt down. The wait was brutal. I didnt think it would take that long since it was very orderly.

Planning on going on Saturday. Debating on how early to get there, it's about a 1 1/2 hour drive from me without traffic

My Birthday is in 2 weeks, would love to gift myself a clic clac (or 2 :P)

Yeah, he was really good until around the 3 hr mark and that was around 10. I told him they’re going to be opening soon so he lasted a while longer, but once we got inside, it was like he couldn’t take even another minute. I was begging him to be patient for just five more minutes so I could actually shop! Nothing like a crying child to pressure you. It was the fastest H purchase decision I’ve ever made! [emoji23] I didn’t even try on the csgm, just grabbed it.

(Just got home and found a tiny snag so be sure to check them before buying.)

Just like you, I would need to take my son with me, I can only go on Saturday afternoon, did you see good selection of shoes, that's all I am really interested in buying.

Do they really not allow any kids under 12 in there?

No one seemed to be enforcing that rule. My kid just turned 9. I told him he was 12 for the day. There was a woman with a baby behind us. Not sure if they turned her away. I don’t think so. There is no room for strollers inside though, so if you come with a baby, be sure to wear them!

I hired a line stander at 6:30 am. I was about 60/70 in line. I got in at 10:20 and left about 1 pm. A lot of people were holding spots for 4 or more of their friends which wasn’t cool. I had maybe 8 people cut in front of me by the time I relieved my line stander. Shoe inventory wasn’t as good as the Chicago sale last year. Lots of scarves and the normal clic H accessories.
You should have said something . People forget manners sometimes when it comes to this type of events . Hope that you are able to get a few things
