I went to the sale twice - once for the private sale and once on Friday in the late afternoon.

The private sale was a blast - I arrived with a friend; we were about 12 to 15 people from the front. Looking a second time I realized that everyone in front of us, save one, was a TPFer. Then a woman that I had met when shopping arrived - she was directly behind us. It really made the time go by quickly being able to enjoy chatting while we waited.

I went straight to jewelry - get there and realize...there is no one there! I ended up with an XL clic clac, an enamel bangle that I loved and wanted for awhile. Also got 2 lacquer Ano BI-color cuffs.

Scarves were a little disappointing when we arrived, but then I realized that as more were being put out, there were different patterns included. I was thrilled to find a Zebra Pegasus, the only one that I saw. Also got a CSGM in P du Vent, again the only one that I saw. Suddenly, Beverly Hills moussies popped up so I got one of those; also got a 70 cm and a scarf ring.

I weeded things out a few times and was quite proud of myself for being so discriminating. A trip to the cash register proved me wrong!

Somewhere I heard that they were going to restock jewelry on Fri afternoon after 3 pm, so I showed up again. Told myself that I would pick up a request for a friend, but didn't need anything more myself.

The line wasn't bad at 3:45 - I was probably about 15 back from the door. After I was there for about 10 minutes, I realized that there was a bunch of people in line behind me. We had to wait for shoppers to leave before we could get in. Took about 45 minutes standing in cold gale-force winds. But the worst part - no one fun to talk to! The people in front of me wanted to sue H for not publicizing the sale. An amazing number of people came to the sale because they saw the windows announcing it as they walked by.

I went straight to the jewelry, where there was another line - maybe 20 min or so. When I finally for inside the rope line, I was met by my SA from Day 1 who yelled "Welcome back" to everyone's amusement. Then she want nuts when I told her my name, which she shouted repeatedly, even when I was gone from Jewelry but came into her sight.

The Jewelry had indeed been re-stocked. There were lots of clic clacs, but very limited colors. There were lots of bangles, but the ones I has seen on Day 1 were pretty much gone. Lots more lacquer necklaces and more leather overall, but most of the smaller - Micro Rivale and Be Hapis - were gone. More KD Extreme, but almost all were blue and orange.

Scarves had definitely been re-stocked. 90s were almost entirely different than on Day 1 and had been given more counter space. Way more CSGMs, they had one of each on display on a rack so they weren't being pawed over. I got a lovely Plume (scarf not bag!) - the Plumes were kept behind the counter with the exceptionals, so they were pristine.

Bumped into SM again - he said that Wed had been a huge day, Thurs was rather light - maybe due to the rain - and Friday was a good day, too.

I ended up with. bateau Fleuri 90, a fuchsia Plume, another XL clic clac for me and the one that my friend had requested - a lovely red.

I got lots of nice things, but having a big, fun TPF group on Day 1 was definitely the best part!!

Day 1 was definitely a blast with so many TPF friends to talk to during the line up. Wish that I had a chance to go back but I don't think that my wallet would thank me. I just would like to get one bracelet and a pair of boots. So fun to meet you in person finally !!

I checked back in with the scarf attendants many times trying to get another in this cw for someone else but they didn't have it - she was nice enough to check in the bags they had behind the counter. It was so frustrating that they wouldn't just put everything out! It just drove me nuts thinking that the shawl of my dreams might be hiding in those bags back there and I might unknowingly be walking away.

Another funny thing: I found out that the scarves the SAs are wearing are up for grabs - it's how I got Faune Lettree in black the first day, I ripped it from an SA's warm neck. (I kid, I kid! I minded my manners!)

Then as we're waiting in line for jewelry, I mention this to another fabulous tpfer who had looked for a particular shawl but hadn't had any luck finding it. Lo and behold, one of the jewelry SAs was wearing it! We pounced on her right away and she good-naturedly handed it over. Yes! Mission accomplished! The SA said she'd go back to get another one to keep her warm. We pore over jewelry options and when we look up, the SA is back, wearing another gorgeous shawl that one of us promptly strips from her again! We had a good chuckle over the SA's good taste in shawls and good luck in finding them back there.
Joanna - You're too funny !! You stole the SA's scarf but had you not reported it, none of us would have known. I saw a few that I like but I didn't think that they were up for grabs.

Went in around 4:15PM today and stayed for about an hour. Headed to jewelry first as many suggested and got 3 bracelets:
1" H Clic Clac in Mango / silver hardware
Micro Rivale
Baby Pavane Veau Tadelakt

Definitely sensing a warm tone theme in my bracelet collection now:

Unfortunately didn't find anything else I was really in love with, but am super happy with my haul!

FYI for those planning to go tomorrow - they're running low on leather bracelets but there were plenty of clic clac when I left around 5:30PM (only in select colors though - also not all the mango 1" are the same! I picked a lighter toned one, but there were deeper hues too. 0.5" looked relatively similar.) and they said they won't be restocking jewelry. Plenty of shoes still - H sandals are mostly in 39.0 and up size-wise, but plenty of cute flats and loafers in smaller sizes. Would suggest lining up early, as I heard lots of chatter about folks coming back.
adayjchen - OMG !! The Charnerie bracelet was on sale ??? I didn't go to the jewelry line as I was running out of time and had to leave for lunch. I paid full price for the same white one you got last month !!! What other colors were available ? Now that it is too late but I just learned that if there is ever another sale in the West coast, I would go for the jewelry line next time.

I saw a couple (or three?) of CSGM Flamingo party on day 2, they were all the same CW, not sure if it was the one posted above.

I definitely saw two, maybe three, cw of Flamingo party on day two, I believe. These two for sure. Can't find a pic of the third one I thought I saw. We tried to get another of the gorgeous beige/Orange one but there was only one. [emoji22]

A few of my goodies from the sale. The cashmere and leather losange looks amazing in person. This photo doesn't do it justice.

View attachment 3728073 View attachment 3728076 Thank you to those TPFers who made it so much fun to stand in line Weds morning! DH got a pair of sneakers and a cashmere jacket but didn't want me posting as he is not a "tpf card carrying member". I told him attending TPF Vegas and standing in line at H sale qualifies him! And there goes the eye roll.....

I can't wait to see that losange on!!! I think it's so wonderful.

And I do think the DH is an honorary member!! We can swear him in during the next meetup [emoji23]

I know there was one more colorway that I saw for the Flamingo Party but was dominantly green and brown. I tried it on but didn't work for my skin tone. I'm glad I was able to get one on the last day.

There were no charnieres at the sale. @adayjchen is sharing her bracelet collection, but she only got 3 at the sale. It's a lovely collection!

It was a lovely sale indeed! I was so sad that I didnt rly have the opportunity to indulge in the scarf or jewelry section. But the mens' shoes and RTW were to die for! I wish I had no budget! I am happy to report that I picked up these boots that I were gonna buy at full price two years ago! Last one, perfect size, and the first thing my eyes laid upon when entering the sale. Thank you for letting me share!View attachment 3728538

The beige/orange one wasn't even out on Day 2! I could tell that there was more in the cases behind the scarf counter so I tried to peer as intently as I could, et voila! I saw the beige/orange one in the case! I begged the woman to take it out for me and happily took it home. :giggle:

Ohh, of course! I couldn't remember who wound up with that beauty and only remembered trying to find it for someone else. Now I remember you trying it on - it's stunning on you!!
