I’m also curious about how early I should get there on the first day.
I’m well familiar with NYC sales that can have lines as bad as 8+ hours but being hopefully optimistic that Chicago will be more tame. Did anyone go to the San Francisco sale earlier this year? Perhaps that should be a good indication of what to expect in Chicago
Anyone know the venue/area where the sale is taking place? Is it safe to hang out at 5am? It’ll be my first time in Chicago.
I won't be able to stop by until after work, and I have never been to an H sale before. If you attended a previous sale, do you know what the selection is like at the end of the day? Do they restock throughout the day or only at the beginning? I'm particularly looking for a neutral colored small enamel H bracelet.
I also noticed the sale is officially on the Hermes website too - http://en.stores.hermes.com/North-A...Chicago/Hermes-Public-Sale-October-19-22-2017
It's interesting that they put the sale details on the website. I've never seen them do that before.
I was at he San Fran sale......got there around 8:00 and was number 4 in line. Even in NYC that should be early enough. Paris is where they line up at 3:00 am.I read about that for the public sale, but does anyone know what the lines are like for the private sale day?
