Neverfull and Trio pouch. My Speedy B 25 will replace the Neverfull in summer. When not using Neverfull, any two of trio pouch as wristlet for 90% of errands.

Since Covid changed the entire world, I most often grab my men’s trio eclipse messenger bag for multiple functional pouches) or my mono PA with either a long chain or an H ribbon as a crossbody strap (especially in medical offices, the ribbon makes it worry free from hand sanitizer!) Pre Covid when I went to my office everyday most used was NF MM as a tote - have 3, no vachetta on any of them, and love them all! They are so lightweight that books, papers, and usually a MP or PA inside etc don’t get as heavy.

Right now I find small cross bodies more practical, but soon hope to use larger bags (also my H leather!) again, as well as hope for the world to conquer Covid, what a year!

Covid era: Bumbag & Nano speedy. Working remotely and driving around now so I have no need for bigger bags. Carrying just the bare essentials so I have less to wipe down.

I personally would invest in a Nevermull MM as one of your two. Although it is more recent in design, it is incredibly versatile. The name says it all; it is never full. I love how comfy the tote is. Plus, it is recognizable.
