2 Guccis or 1 Chanel flap?

I've cycled through all the brands but I mostly have Chanel bags now with Gucci accessories (scarves, shawls, shoes, SLG's) and I would say you should have one classic Chanel HOWEVER I voted two Gucci's because the Chanel quality in the last year and current year have been horrendous!! Please check every inch of the bag for flaws because there will likely be some. I voted two Gucci's because their last two seasons have been super exciting with lots of items that are sooo nice!

I got all my designer bags in last 2 years because before I thought it just isn’t worth it until my boyfriend bought me my first LV. I was couple of times at the Chanel but I didn’t like caviar leather much. It was not as nice as it looked in photos and videos on internet. But my Gucci bags I instantly liked and had to have. Now I can’t stop thinking about Marmont in nude knowing that probably the right thing now would be to get Chanel flap.

Chanel for sure. I have found it has fewer quality issues when it comes to the flap bags. I have owned a couple of Guccis and have seen the wear (loss of shape, wrinkles along the top of the bag etc.) on the marmont - not impressed. But that’s just my own personal experience!

I wasn’t impressed with a Marmont flap too when I saw it in the shop but I like design of that bag very much and want it anyway. Just wish they have made it from nicer and more sturdy leather. I would prefer hardwere to look a little bit more contemporary too. So Chanel flap seems to be the closest to a perfect bag. Read it 1000 times but had to learn in a hard way (mistake I already made with Fendi Dotcom).
