Oh, definitely not. I think it would be too uncomfortable since it's a tighter fit. I do sleep with my Star of David necklace. I wear that 24/7. I never take it off.

Can you provide details/sizing on your lovely OM symbol pendant please, including wear and tear if possible? It appears flat on the Cartier website but in your pic it appears to have a bit of thickness. I would appreciate any information.
