I can relate with the feeling because I am very picky with my bags & marks, dirt, flaws in general are huge no, no's for a new handbag! I wasn't sure what to expect. I guess sometimes consumers get returns or display bags, so maybe it's just sometimes...? I can say mine came with everything wrapped & I checked her out everywhere & she's perfect! Same experience with my Keycase, I am very happy with Coach, so don't be afraid to take a chance in the future if there is something your interested in, you can always return or exchange it.
