oh the sac de jour small wouldn't be able to accommodate a 13" laptop and A4 papers. I personally use the Saint Laurent Jane tote for my laptop and A4 papers. It holds everything perfectly and doesn't lose its structure. It's not sold by YSL now though so it can only be bought preloved.

This time if I buy it again it will stay in my collection until the day I tell myself I no longer want any of these pieces. Sold it on impulse once due to lack of use, won’t do it again.

I'm pretty practical and not petit so the medium BA really fit me well. The coco is adorable but it doesn't fit all the stuff i'd regulary put into my bags. It's a sturdy bag and i have no regrets having it as my first Chanel

Hello all! I just purchased my M/L classic flap pre-loved (from Yoogi's closet) and I would like to know exactly which red this is... the serial code begins with 15, and Yoogi's said that it is from 2011/2012. The color is quite orange-y which I wasn't sure if I'd like, but actually goes well with my wardrobe and is a nice cheerful pop, so I think I'm going to keep it. I've done a ton of reading about Chanel reds online but I'm unclear - when folks refer to a red as 12A, for example, does that refer to the year it was produced (2012) or to the serial code (beginning with 12, so year 2008/2009)? Does Chanel produce more than one shade of red per year? Can you tell me just from the year and serial code what color this is, or can you tell from the photo?




I realize this is complicated by differing lighting/computer monitors/eyesight, but any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I was wondering could anyone here advise me! I’m about to buy my second Louis Vuitton bag, I have a Pochette Metis in black empreinte and love it but want something a bit bigger and more open for daily wear! I’m torn between the Montaigne mm empreinte and the Neo Noe in empreinte! I love the look of both, but have questions about them too!

Love the casual look, but does it stick out too much at the side? Would I be babying the corners? Also does the base sag after a while?

It’s considerably more expensive, I could buy the Noe and a preloved piece instead? (Currently eyeing a 2012 terre empreinte bandouliere with no issues, I’d be paying 900 so just a little bit more than the difference)

So just an update if anyone cares lol. I went to Santana Creative and they wanted to charge $110 per shoe and could not guarantee that the patent leather they use to rewrap would be an exact match in color. This made me nervous so I looked for another option. I actually took my shoes tp the YSL boutique and they will be sending them out to Paris for repair. They were super nice and thorough when taking my shoes in; they took photos of the condition they were in upon receiving them and sent me a confirmation.

I don’t know why they have such low stock of the small in the US, is it less popular there? I personally prefer the small to the larger sizes as I can wear it cross body and it looks less formal than m/l and a jumbo is just way too large and heavy for me…
