I’ve had returns (at other retailers) take about six weeks. Depending on the retailer, some let the return sit so as it decontaminate it and then they have reduced warehouse staff. I returned part of an order from Under Armour on June 20th and still don’t have the return

They used to have the blue one, I thought that one was fun! I saw someone carrying it one day and I immediately commented on it.

Recently bought a new Rivale bracelet in swift leather. What's the best way to store it so that the leather does not lose its shape over time?

FWIW, I have a lizard Rivale that I've been storing in various conformations and it seems fine, but swift leather seems more sensitive to bending/creasing.

Is this new @bisbeepurse? If it is, I wouldn't accept it but return.

If it's not new, and you've had it a while and you've just noticed, bushing with a (clean) very soft shoe brush (which is basically polishing) for a while and repeatedly may get it back. No need to even use any product, it may be just something that has spilled, dried down and coated the leather and needs to be brushed away.

One is black on black and the other is gold sand with pewter hardware. I haven’t used either one! Don’t know why. Too dressy? Too flashy? Lockdown blues? Though of selling the sand one, but Fashionphile offer was insulting for brand new bag. Suggestions please? (Took tags off and past 30 day window)
