The receipt absolutely looks legit.
It looks like the receipts you get on your email when shopping in store and then print it at home.
Louis Vuitton has not had any LV logo on their receipts in many European countries for years.

I hope the hoodie is OK, that is the most important thing :smile:

Ok now I am home in Alabama and I can show my current purse carry. I am currently using my LV Boulogne and my purse holster fits perfectly. I carry a Sig Sauer P365XL and I am planning on purchasing a longer crossbody strap because I feel that carry a pistol in your purse any other way will not allow you to get to your pistol fast enough. That’s why I use zip top purse only and when I am out and about I leave it open. Flaps just take a little too long to get to my pistol. As you can see there is a flap with a magnetic closure to conceal it even when it’s open!

Cracking on mono Artsy?? I hope that would not happen to my Mono Artsy , which is my first LV bag and it was birthday gift from my hubby. Last Sunday I just returned my 2 Artsy Empreinte and my close friend also returned hers , all bought in 2011. The glazing at side of the charm and near big rings for handle melted.
But we are happy that the value of our 9 years old bags increased so much , 66% for my friend’s as she bought her Artsy in France, my 2 Artsy value increased by 50%

I would absolutely call your CC company. Usually purchase protection includes forcing a return.
Final sale should be on product pages and 1000% should be at checkout. If one is familiar with a store it's natural to assume return policy remains the same, and if it changes, they should highlight it.

I’ve had multiple pieces repaired over the last 7 months and some did take 3-4 weeks before I got a response back, while others took only a few days. No idea why there is such an inconsistency in response time. There was one inquiry where I had to call Client Services and they saw that I had sent an email request to Care Services with no response for 4 weeks, so they pushed it through and I got an email back with an estimate and label that same day. Try giving Client Services a call to see if they can help. If not, you can always walk a repair into the store, no need to make an appt, as long as your store is currently accepting repairs. But I’d wait another week or two, and hopefully you’ll get a response soon!
