Question for those who have the sweet alhambra!

I wanted to bump this because I have the same question.

I don’t have an extension on mine but I have two sweet bracelets that I wear with my Cartier loves. The sweets DO turn and I end up having to adjust it so it doesn’t just look like a chain bracelet. I considered getting them made shorter. Not sure if that answers your question.

Micro Seaton or Small Darley? anyone has any of these bags?

I have two small Darley bags in clay and black and they are really great small bags. It’s essentially a wallet on chain so to me that’s a completely different style than the micro Seaton.

I only have good things to say about the Darley. Both my bags look brand new although I’ve been wearing them loads. They are great for quick shopping trips, holidays, evenings out etc. They look smart but can be dressed down. I can comfortably fit all my essential incl. my iPhone, key pouch, small items like a lipstick/hand sanitiser, passport and still have space left (I don’t like to overstuff my bags). As it comes with card slots there’s no need for a wallet but you could add a card holder in too. I prefer the style over e.g. the Chanel WOC which is less structured and the sides will collapse in - not an issue with the Darley.

I don’t own a Seaton bag but had my eyes on the small size for the longest time. What really bothered me with that size was that the handle is so short that you can only carry it in hand and not over the crook of your arm, which would make it more chic and wearable. The micro size is so much smaller though that this probably wouldn’t be an issue. To me the micro Seaton is similar to an LV Alma BB (which I own) but seems to fit a lot less in. But again – I don’t own a Seaton so can’t really advise on the style.

Whichever bag you go for I’m sure you’ll enjoy your purchase. Good luck with the decision!

YSL Blogger Bag!

Hi everyone! I recently snagged the YSL blogger bag in the classic black calfskin leather with gold hardware on sale. I was wondering, for those who have owned this bag (I know it was super popular many years ago), does the inside lining of yours look puffy? A card slot is also flimsy, as if the leather is not folded properly. I am not really bothered since it's inside but just wondering if it's normal. Thanks :)

Cambon belt bag, made in France?

I just purchased a Vintage Chanel Cambon belt bag from a Japanese Ebay seller. The shop has great ratings and has been selling since 2012.

The bag looks very authentic, the serial number seems fine (not the numbers commonly used on fakes), but the tag says made in France. And I read somewhere the Cambon line was produced in Italy?

However all Vintage Cambon belt bags seem to carry the label made in France.

Does anyone know if maybe this specific design was produced in France?

I attached a collage of 6 different bag labels, same design as mine.

Issue with order

I believe just the wallet will be charged to your account based on the information you gave. The backpack part of the first transaction was cancelled. I know cc's are being extra careful lately with large purchases- especially with vendors you do not have a history spending high dollar amounts with. Fraud seems to have spiked with lockdown.

Did you use the same cc? If you did, call your cc and ask whether the first transaction for the bag was cancelled. You should be able to see this online as well- look to see if a charge appears twice for the same item. I am sure it is fine.
Yeah I used the same card. It was correctly charged. But LV hasn’t updated the shipping or anything like that for the wallet. It just says “order submitted” as for the 2nd reorder for the backpack is ready to be shipped

Recommend the box bag?

Do you have the box leather? I've been wanting this bag for a few years now and want the box leather but so scared of the scratches. That said, the Liege is also beautiful but the colours they release in the liege is rarely a classic colour
I have an original Phoebe Celine classic bag M size in deep red box leather from when they 1st launched-I love it, yes the box leather has scratched a little round where I open it but thats the nature of Box leather.
I dont wear it tons because its a little small for my needs.
Box will scratch but to be honest over time they sort of fade and become part of the Patina.
I also have an edge bag in the same colour box leather and I find that harder to use tbh.

Burberry Grace Bag! The perfect Black Little Bag

I have my eye on this bag, and going back and forth between the black and the camel color. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how this bag has held up for them? What color would be best? I want the camel color so that I have something other than black in my collection, but I’m worried about color transfer. Thank you in advance!

I got a grey one so I can't comment on black vs camel, but the bag has held up very well and I still love it! It fits all my essentials plus more, and is perfect for dress up or down. Mine is grey and so far I haven't got any color transfer problem but then I don't wear jeans very often. Definitely still one of my fav bag now

fake paypal email

I

I get this almost every day. Please also report as phishing scam to your email platform so their AI can learn and put this in spam or block it automatically.

Usually big internet-presence corps like Paypal or Netflix will also have a reporting addy, most likely "phishing@ (company name)". The problem is that these scammers set up dozens if not hundreds of temporary or disposable domains and scatter to their backups as soon as one domain is blocked or shut down. They're like mosquitoes at a company picnic, swatting at them doesn't faze them at all.

The best defense is to treat every email, especially any where the sender's name in the mail is different than the one you see when you mouse over the same name (that's a computer feature, I'm not sure what phone OS's have the same feature) or that has an active link included or any kind of attachment, as a potential phishing, ID theft, or malware installation attempt. And if the email is supposedly from a site like Netflix or Paypal and doesn't show your actual registered name or ID as the mail recipient, don't even open it. If Paypal or Netflix has an important message for you or for every user in their system the mail isn't going to be addressed to " customers - live-
microsoft (symbol-for-AT) live D0T c0m
" (tweaked for obvious reasons) or have "updated" missing the second "d".
