I wanted some advise regarding my next purchase and an upcoming milestone. I'm expecting my first child and only recently I found out it's a baby girl. 🌸
To celebrate this occasion, I want to treat myself to one of these items:
- Baignoire mini bangle watch, in yellow gold.
- Diamond tennis bracelet with matching mini stud earrings
- JUC bracelet regular size with diamonds in yellow gold

Few things to note, on the daily I wear my set of 3 rings that are in mixed metals. See the image attached. I wear YG necklaces and a rolex watch, with my rings whenever I go out. Other than my wedding and engagement ring that are in WG, my jewellery collection is yellow gold only.

I'm more of a watch person than bracelet. And a solid gold watch seems like such a lovely present to pass down to my daughter. It'll be timeless and since it's slim, it'll look so youthful on her.

A tennis bracelet too feels like a great idea, it is easy and carefree to wear, pairs well with rolex too. Matching mini solitaire studs will be a beautiful wearable piece for my daughter.

Now, I've always wanted a JUC with diamonds, but found that I struggled to keep up with the price increases on that particular piece. The problem with JUC is that it's hard to stack it with my rolex and I am unsure if id like to wear it on the other hand as I keep my left hand jewellery free. That's just my style and preference.

I feel pressured to buy a cartier item first as soon I'll be priced out and paying anything more than what it currently is will be difficult to justify.

Please let me know your thoughts and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I love your input into helping me decide which size panthere watch to go for. I have a Rolex 31mm and was thinking of going for a smaller elegant watch but I simply cannot decide! The first two are the small followed by the medium.

I’m finding that I think this bag is adorable and just the right size to hold my phone and keys. Does anyone have it? Is this chain removable? Would it be possible to put another chain on it with a little bit of ingenuity and maybe some pliers?

The rep I talked to one the phone was unsure and apparently the landmark store is the only one that has it in the US, and it only has 1.

Any info you could provide beyond the basic description would be helpful. Perhaps pictures of the Hardwear where the chain attaches would be helpful. And maybe confirm a phone and keys actually fit?

Hello everyone! Can someone explain how buying and selling pre-owned Cartier jewelry works in the USA? How safe is it to sell expensive jewelry online? I live in Europe and want to sell my Cartier Love bracelet, but I feel a bit uncertain about it. My husband and I are planning to move to the USA in the future, so I’ve been thinking about where it might be better to sell my bracelet. In Europe, people also tend to negotiate a lot and significantly lower the price.

Hi, I bought a Vintage Alhambra turquoise bracelet from The Real Real and sent it to VCA for authentication, as you all know it takes 6 months. So the result just came back deeming not authentic, but it's way past TRR return window, I'm talking to them to see if they will refund... very stressed now.... anyone had similar experience?

Has anyone had luck getting store credit from Louis Vuitton if they can't repair your bag? Sent in a 2010 Limited Edition Psyche Volupte to Paris because the exterior fabric part felt strangely sticky - Repair team in Paris said because it was a L.E. and so old they were unable to repair it. (they're saying the stickiness is caused by alcohol content which could come from perfume, hand sanitizer, lotion, etc. I'm thinking it might be perfume because I'm careful not to touch the bag with anything on my hands but I HAVE walked through department stores where people are trying on perfume and I could picture a situation where some of it got misted on my bag" Did not offer me anything other than a "sorry" but I asked them to chat with corporate about store credit if they are unable to do any repairs. Has anyone had luck in a similar situation? If the SA comes back saying they still can't issue store credit, would you recommend escalating it to the store manager or is this a lost cause?

I’m interested in 2 bags and curious what you guys would choose if you were me.

They are both seasonal and casual. Prices are about the same.

I have a very casual lifestyle and basically live in sweats. I live in a low-key city and it rains a lot too.

I have 2 pre-teen children so although no more sticky hands but often need to chauffeur them.

Does anyone know the difference between these colors? The regular 5 a 7 comes in dark red wine patent and the mini comes in patent in a color called grenade. They look nearly the same to me (photos from website attached). Has anyone seen both in real life? Therss also a colourway called spicy chocolate but its definitely darker and more brown/less red.

Walked into Coach as they were unboxing this cutie. Love the new honey color and wanted to share. (Same color as the new Brooklyn from another thread.) And that mushroom charm.. too cute!

I saw a lovely bag the other day but I can't track it down. Slouchy tote with shorter thicker handles so it fit nicely on a shoulder. Pebbled black leather with one exterior zippered pocket. Gold lettering on the bottom edge on the bag. It was rectangular though slouchy. Minimal hardware if any... Help!

And I totally regret it. I was told there was a strong odor of leather. Which was ok. It is not. It is a very strong plastic chemical smell and purse is hard! I feel lied too but I said smell was ok.

Does anyone stack cartier panthere pavé bracelet with other bracelets. I have the bracelet shown here and usually only wear one bracelet at a time but I have seen some gorgeous stacks out there so curious to hear if it makes sense with bracelets with stones and with irregular designs/edges.

I just bought the most darling crossbody trunk that has vintage LV hotel patches all over it. Perfect for traveling, as it looks like a vintage travel trunk. It’s the coated canvas. Do you think it’s safe to carry during January in London? If it rains, carrying it in the tube? I’ve never been. Maybe just carry it if it doesn’t rain, or in the evenings for dinner It’s just so darling I want to take it. Or maybe it would be too ripe for grabbing? Or maybe it’s too summery looking?

Need some advice. I am about to buy a Birkin from a private seller in another state. We have decided wiring is the best option. Two questions
1) I need to get insured shipping. Which company is best? How much insurance should I buy?
2) Bag is worth $21000. Is it ok to wire this money from 1 account to another or does the IRS come after this because no taxes given. I only ask cuz the bank was asking the reason for such a large wire since there are “government rules”.

Any experiences?
