I've been using Synovia suede cleaner for years to clean/protect my suede boots and bags but it looks like theyve discontinued their lines? Does anyone have any recommendations for a suede cleaner that can be used on all colors?

I just got back from a trip in Tokyo and noticed that two corners of my Andiamo has scuffs. See photo attached.

How do you deal with scuffs on your Bottega bags? Any DIY repair tips for scuffs like this? Would a Bottega store take it in for a repair?

I spotted this STUNNING Burberry cashmere reversible coat at the store the other day - I don't have the item code or anything at the moment, but I plan to go back and buy it so I'll get all the info then to share!

It was soooo amazingly soft and warm, I literally have lost my heart to this coat. I have a few burberry jackets and a trench; but this will be my first cashmere coat.

Also, does anyone know if the wool/cashmere trench coats ever go to outlet? I eventually would like to buy one of those as well, but after buying this one I'll have to save up awhile lol. If it is available at outlet I would likely buy it there when I travel.

So I walked into the Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas and saw the most beautiful small classic flap. I have never spent this much on a bag. I’m hoping I do not regret it. Anyone else purchase a bag in this color? I think the color code is NZV62. Champagne gold HW

My husband bought me a small YG Love bracelet in August 2024 and within a couple of months I noticed that the lock untwisted easily, the closure was uneven, and both the hinge/lock sides of the bangle would pinch my skin, often times pulling out little arm hairs.
In December I reached out to customer service since the SA I purchased from never got back to me about my concerns and a different SA I saw while we were on vacation in Scottsdale was more interested in selling me something than listening to me. I was frustrated but happy that CS was going to have my bracelet looked at.

Anyway, it took about a month to receive my bracelet back from being repaired, but the lock closure is still uneven. Also, within 2 hours of wearing it, it plucked out an arm hair. It sounds silly, but this is painful and annoying. I have $500 hinged bracelets that don’t do this.
Customer service has been very nice and they’re sending me a label to ship it back to the workshop tomorrow, but I’m nervous about the appearance looking worse after a 2nd repair because the edges are already softer after that first refinishing & repair.

I really value everyone’s experiences and opinions on here and am hoping for some insight…
Am I about to get the run around and have this bracelet repaired/altered over and over again?
Is there anything I can say or do? Does anyone else have these issues with the small love bracelet?

My SA invited me to a special event at the store for Valentine’s Day. She said it’s a shopping event with champagne and small bites, and she offered me an appointment time. This is my first such invite!

I’ve been going to the boutique for a few years but just started working with her. We are hitting it off well. I have an all-time spend history of about $7500 and most of it at this store.

My goal is to get a Birkin this year but I def have a budget l need to stick within is it expected to spend a certain amount at special events like these?

And is it true that a lot of people are offered quota bags at these types of events?

Hi all - I was conditioning my lady Dior bag and noticed what looks like a tear? Is this fixable? I’ve only used the bag maybe 3-4 times total, and store it in its dust bag in a dark, dry area. Any advice would be appreciated!

For me, I am seriously considering:
Hermes P'tit Arcon bag - it has to be a fun color, though, and so far I've mostly seen it in neutrals
Bvlgari Serpenti Cabochon bag - still undecided on color, there are so many fun ones, but that signature Bvlgari green is hard to pass up
A preowned Chanel with rainbow hardware - not sure which model yet but probably one of the blue WOCs

I always felt bad spending money and was a saver... but after dodging death a couple of years back, I decided life is too short and you can't take it with you. I only have Dior and LV so far. I've loved Dior since I've been a little girl.

I recently purchased dior Bobby large and I'm in love with that bag. While I was in the store I saw small abc lady dior that stole my heart.
However, my heart also goes to fendi peekaboo or Ysl bea which is totally different style from these two.
I'm not buying bags to resel them, I buy them because I love to wear them and I carefully choose the bags.
My question is which one would you choose for based on day to day preference and also to look craftsmanship, material and so on

Hello Everyone! I'm new to the forum, and I am writing from Italy. Recently I have found stored in the attic an old Travel Suitcase: it has been forgotten there for decades, as it belonged to a relative of mine who used to travel a lot in the 70's. Altough very very nice with its charming true "vintage looking", unfortunately it also shows signs of usage, and some damages.
Mainly, the support fabric of the zipper (which, differently, is still working perfectly), and the leather strip of the closure, close to the hook.
Will try and make some explaining photos of such details, and overall views and conditions: if required, I can take more.
I just found this nice forum and was hoping it was the right place to ask for some questions and help.
In order to eventually try a restoration, would like to know what a value of such a vintage suitcase could be nowadays (assuming it with no damages), and then see if and what is worthy a restoration and its cost. Also, if anyone has any suggestion of any place close to me (Italy) where a nice restoration can be done, that would be also much appreciated.
The measurements, in centimeters, of the suitcase is approx. 79 x 53 x 25.

A local consignment store has just listed an authentic original Murakami Trouville in new condition in multicolour blanc . Stickers still on zippers, vachetta pristine and comes with box , dust bag , care tags so basically a full set . The price is £1600. I’ve ordered it and due to be posted tomorrow but now having a slight wobble. It can’t be returned due to demand for it so debating whether to cancel before it’s posted to me . Does this seem a fair price ? From what I can see ones in terrible condition are selling for close to £1000. I’ve ordered a noir toiletry pouch which is still pending validation 😩. I think I’m just feeling guilty for spending so much in one go 😩. Does everyone else get the guilt when they make a big purchase ?? X

Hello. I have a gold looking bracelet that weighs 31.13 grams. I put it in water and it sunk immediately. Used a magnet and it wasn’t sticking to it. But still not sure it it’s gold or another metal. The clasp doesn’t have any stamping. I’m just not sure what I have. Can anyone help me?

Hello everyone! I am looking to buy some cashmere tights for the cold spell we are having. Any reliable suggestions? I used to get them from BRORA, but they no longer stock them. Some brands claim to sell cashmere tights, but on closer inspection the cashmere content is negligible, less than 10%. I am in Scotland, you'd think they'd be plenty of options but can't find anything. TIA

So I think I have over 200 exotic bags, dior,Gucci, celine,chanel,lanvin, pucci and ferragamo and more which I have forgotten. I have not counted but I Will start an Instagram as a show room. I collect, dont wear. Exotics for me are pure art. Leather is for wear but my exotics are my babies lol.

Now, is there anything I could do with them? Renting to Photoshoots? Just thinking since they are precious, and maybe you could start a little side project. All are pristine. Just wondering if this is even possible or shall I let it be and continue collecting?
