I can’t seem to find previous post on refurbishing/conditioning of Cabat bags but wanted to ask if anyone with experience can chime in?

I have given my mini Cabat some TLC to freshen up the leather but wonder if you should also do the inside? It makes sense as it’s woven through and through but always hesitant to do anything to the inside of a bag.

I don’t really like the dark hue to my wg love bracelet and I was wondering if the darkness fades after a few polishes at Cartier

So I saw this bag on Bergdorf the other month as a coming soon back and fell in love with it and finally saw it drop on Bottega’s site last week so immediately ordered. What does everyone think? I love the look on the shoulder, but not convinced crossbody. The leather is super lux, but almost so lux I’m worried about it damaging easily. Would love some opinions! Anyone else try this bag yet?

I am hoping to get your advice on my first Van cleef purchase. I love the guilloche collection and am looking at either the earrings or necklace in yellow gold (I love the bracelet too but not sure on wearability of that for me, though would take advice! Or it might be something for down the track and I'll start with the earrings or necklace).

I love all types of jewellery so id like to get a something that I can match with other pieces.

I have several pairs of yellow gold earrings - one a citrine drop, another a rhodolite garnet drop, and a pair of brushed yellow gold hoops.

I have one yellow gold necklace a dior rose celeste pendant that I think I could layer with guilloche.

What do you think is the most versatile?

Great news: Vuitton is relaunching Mon Monogram! It looks like a mix of My LV Heritage and My World Tour, with MUCH more options: more bags, more stripe styles, more fonts, etc... Also the stickers look far more refined and sophisticated (I personally wasn't a fan of World Tour, most sticker designs felt unrefined like 90's MS Office WordArt, but that's just my take, no offense). More details will be out soon regarding prices, colours and the final options, but until that here's a sneak peak. How do y'all like it?

My wrist is too thick for the standard sizes (I’ve got 19.5 cm where I would like to wear it.) I‘ve asked via email and they said that the skinny mini could be done in each size because it’s gold.

Please show me your bracelets / bangles and tell me how you like it and how the sizing is.

It is so hard/ impossible or long wait time to get a 2 or 3 motif magic earrings these days from boutiques for whatever reasons..

Hi, I'm looking for a signature necklace. Budget is $20K to $40K, which doesnt quite buy as much as it used to. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement silver chain for a Chanel flap bag? I don’t want to buy it from Amazon because the Chanel chain is a heavier weight than that. So if anybody knows where I can find a quality one that would be much appreciated. I need it in Silvertone.

I can go first!

I do like all three sizes and believe we can make a case for each of them! But, if you twist my arms😝, I would choose:

1. Sweet size for long necklaces. I mean how awesome would it be if VCA started making sweet 20-motifs in all stones?😍 Would make long necklaces more wearable imo.
2. Vintage for bracelets. I feel like they are the perfect size for 5-motifs.
3. Magic for earrings. Magic earrings have so much presence! The only time I would personally do vintage earrings is if I am wearing a matching 10-motif. Then, vintage earrings are perfect!

Just roaming around and looking at fashion and somehow I came across medium to large bucket bags in suede and leather the last few days. Hunting on Dooney.

These have never been my style, I'm supposed to be on a no buy, and for some reason I am loving these bags.

I have so many dressy Alto bags and a few florentine, and maybe I'm going back to my university casual days.

Any practical advice? I think as long as there is at least one secure interior zip pocket it will work.

Also, I really don't like north/south bags, but if large enough to single layer a bucket bag might work.

Is it possible that the double flap (2009 series) comes with non-leather lining? Got a second-hand bag, very damaged, the whole interior is practically destroyed. I see that it's not leather which makes me think the bag is a nice fake (serial: 13297126). Would be great to hear your thoughts.
PS. I did research other discussions but still, it's not clear to me whether the lining should be leather. Thanks in advance for your help.

I recently bought a leather shopper that, while it's a great bag, it doesn't have feet. I prefer my bags to have feet on the bottom (most of them do except for small bags like the Gucci Disco). There is a very good shoe repairman in our neighborhood -- should I ask if he can add feet to the bag? Has anybody done that -- if yes, how did it work out? Any caveats, words of advice? Thanks!!!

hi all, i wear my mini pop H necklace to sleep and bathe with it
and i noticed everyday when i wake up, that the clasp gets stuck in the mini pop H pendant

i was usually able to get it by tinkering and jiggling it for a few mins but it starts to get on my nerves 😩

anyone experienced the same?
i planned on getting a few more colours to match my bags as i felt it was kinda cute

now im having second thoughts..
i usually remove necklaces if they are fine jewelry

i wasnt expecting to be removing and putting on daily for the mini pop H
