Has anyone ordered a Tiffany's & Fendi Limited Edition Baguette 25th Anniversary Handbag yet? I was able to order the leather version. Should arrive in 2023. It comes in Tiffany blue croc with white gold and diamonds clasp or in leather or in satin.

Love to hear from anyone on their thoughts of this limited edition and/or if you placed an order too. TIA

Hoping to get some advice from this forum re. a recent repair on my Prada Galleria Saffiano at Prada Store in Soho, NY.

TLDR: I picked up my bag from a 3 1/2 month repair at Prada boutique a few days back and just realized that they didn't give me back my shoulder strap. Not sure what the best way to get this resolved, as they have been very unresponsive during the repair period. Besides showing up, any other tips such as getting their attention on social media, etc.?

Back at the beginning of June, I dropped off my Prada Galleria Saffiano as the corners were scuffed up and the seams were coming undone. At the time, I was quoted 8-12 weeks for the repair but was also informed that they would send me an email once the bag was received at the repair center. I never got an email and when I've tried to call, I was never able to successfully get a hold of anyone. I went in once after the 12 week period to check on status - they were not helpful other than that they would contact me once the bag was ready.

After 16 weeks, they finally had the bag ready. Now that I have the bag back with the missing shoulder strap (and I primarily use it with the strap), I am exhausted from dealing with them and wondering the best way to resolve this and get the strap back. I won't be able to go physically in store for a couple of weeks (not that I am hopeful that they would resolve) and they haven't responded to my emails or answered calls.

Has anyone had luck with getting their attention on social media? Or a different way? Appreciate any tips the group could share!

Dear all, dies anyone have suggestions for wide leg jeans thatch are not rigid? I have bought two or three pairs lately and returned I don’t know how many.
I need my jeans to be soft and comfortable, because I am overweight, lately all my extra fat stores itself on my inner thighs and belly.
I’m also a mom to a three year old, I work from home and commute, so really long days.
Any suggestions?

I recently purchased a regular JUC in RG to mark 10 years practicing in my profession. I intended to stack it with my classic RG love and small YG love. And despite how stunning I find that stack in pictures, I feel like I am more attracted to the JUC on its own. Does anyone else wear their loves on one wrist, and the JUC on the other (or just the JUC if you don’t own loves)?

I am planning to go to Paris to get a Book tote and also get it personalized there (I saw an IG post that says it will take 2-4 hours, that you can wait for it). However, I contacted Dior and they said there is still 3-4 week wait before you can get the bag back.

Does anyone have experience or information on this? I wanted to get it in Paris so I can take it home with me, but customer service said if I bought in Paris, if personalization is not done yet they won't ship to me. Also, is the personalization free now, or is there still the 250 Euro fee?

Hi all, I have a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag (Twisted? I have had trouble finding the name to be honest and I’ve had the bag since 2009) and it seems extremely dry. This is how it currently looks right after being conditioned with Apple conditioner.

I never conditioned it prior to this year, but despite conditioning it 2-3 times over the past few months the effect does not seem to last. Any recommendations? Or is the dryness likely permanent? I don’t have this problem with my other bags whatsoever. Thank you in advance!

Hi, TPFers! I bought a beautiful vintage Burberry coat a few years ago on a whim for around $60– a steal. It’s a size 6, and I’m more of a size 2/4, so I need to alter it.

I’m wondering if anyone has recently had alterations done with Burberry. Specifically, I would like to shorten the coat and its sleeves and have it taken in.

Any ideas on whether this is something Burberry would even entertain and what ballpark I might expect for pricing? (My research suggests that a local, non-Burberry tailor would charge somewhere around $200 for this.)

I might be better off selling it vs. altering but am having trouble letting go of such a beautiful vintage piece Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide!

Has anyone had diamond issues with their pieces? If so how did vca handle?
I have sent in 2 pieces for repair recently: 1) A pair of pavé yg frivole earrings where one of the diamonds fell out. 2) noeud ring where I recently noticed a diamond was set on an angle and the diamond is above one of the prongs. I can tell from pictures it arrived this way.
I am awaiting to hear how Paris will fix both pieces. I am a bit worried about purchasing more pieces until I see how they handle the repairs.

I purchased my College back in April at the 5th Ave store from SA Jeffrey. I live in upstate NY, a good 4-5 hours away. I have only used it a few times. I noticed the other day that the chain looks like there is a “chink” in it. I tried calling the 5th Ave store but no one ever answers. I have Jeffrey’s cell but he does not have a voice mail that is set up. Any suggestions? This was 50th birthday gift and was a splurge so I would like to get it fixed sooner than. later. Is this a normal thing that happens to the chain?
