I've been conditioning my bags lately and I've gotten to my Niki in black crinkled leather. I've not had a bag with this kind of leather before, so I could use some advice if it would be wise to condition it with a leather conditioner? Or do I leave it alone the same way you would with saffiano and patent leather?

Hi everyone, I already own a yellow gold medium love and yesterday added rose gold classic to my stack.. Now I am a bit unsure if I should return to get the yellow gold or keep the rose gold. I love it but when I stack with the other yg love bracelet, I could not be sure. I also read through the posts that RG fades by time, not sure how this will change the look by time.. Please let me know what you think!

Back in 2020 I purchased a beautiful vintage LV Alma PM Bandouliere in Epi, it was and still is in fantastic condition besides some chipping on the hardware. Everything else is practically mint condition. Colour is Kenyan Fawn.

The price in CAD was $2200 from LXR&CO (which is now part of Fashionphile) but we had a discount which brought it to about $1700+tax.

I’m now looking to sell it and at least recoup a good portion of what I spent, but I’m looking at prices and I’m a bit shocked at the findings. Some are well below $1K CAD. I know LXR had a bit of a reputation for higher prices, but I’m wondering if the Alma preloved market has plummeted?

Mind you I haven’t seen any other listings in this colourway with the original strap and in this great condition, so perhaps that’s a bigger factor than I think.

Do any of you have any insight to the market for these Almas, and anything I can do to recoup a bit more? I was wondering if finding a few vintage accessories like an original dustbag or box and lock would make any difference to further boost the price (or is that silly)?

I love the bag but there’s something else I wanted to buy in the $1K CAD range.

…and thinking if getting the large toujours in black calfskin. Does anybody already have it, any feedback especially for when yiy wear ir with the handles long pls? Thanks!

Hi, sorry if this is not allowed. But I thrifted did this Ricky bag for $28 and I just wanna see if anyone has any doubts on the authenticity of this item? I used the saddle soap and conditioner on the bag and it soaked it right up, so it’s real leather. The overall construction seems quite good. And the wear and tear on bag seems on par with any other higher quality bag you’d see. Any feedback? Also any good recommendations for edge coating?

I am new to this forum and have inherited two Chanel bags that mother had but that I believe may have been my grandmother's. I have done all of the tips on line to confirm they are real like her newer ones with serial numbers, one has 24 kt gold stamped hardware, the other does not. anyone have any advice or other tips? A good authenticator?

Hello! My mother has a Prada wallet that has some pretty bad staining on the white flowers. The red leather is saffiano, but I’m unsure what kind of leather the white is. I’m trying to remove the stain. Any ideas? I am also debating on trying to dye them white again. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi guys, I know these are two very different bracelets but please help me decide between the VCA guilloche and diamond Alhambra bracelet or the JUC regular bracelet with diamonds. I do have a 10 motif guilloche necklace which really made me lean towards the matching bracelet however I will stack the bracelet with bangles and I think the JUC is better for stacking and also i think it will bother me if the diamond motifs constantly flip over which I have heard is an issue. Any opinions welcome, especially from those who have one or both of these!

Just bought the chanel 25 in black (I did not need another black bag!!!) and I already have the 22 in black. I got a pretty good offer from fashionphile for my 22. Do I keep both or sell the 22?

My fear is if I wait, the price offered on the 22 will go down just like it has with boys or 19s.

I do see the benefits of having both though. Very different shapes and usability.

Hi, I fell in love with these RC Venetian Princess turquoise earrings last year in Florence but the store only had a rose gold pair to try. I can order in white or yellow gold but cannot make up my mind which one. I am golden blonde, fair neutral skin, light blue eyes for reference and wear both metals equally but usually more WG in winter/ spring and YG in summer/ fall as my clothing changes.
