I noticed some very small brownish bugs crawling on mu Chanel wallet that has been forgotten for a while! I swear I saw them crawling!

Anyone knows what are those? How to prevent them?

Hi everyone! I have searched high and low for reference pics of the néonoé mm in the Arizona color (bicolor empreinte) and can’t seem to find anyone who has this bag! I haven’t loved a bag in quite a while and really love everything about it. I would love to see it on someone else or their opinion. I can definitely go to the store and see it, but I love looking online lol. Or any other recommendations of a fab bag, I don’t have a noe style bag, so I feel like it was different enough to add to my collection. Thanks and sorry for the novella!

I’m struggling to decide between the Bottega Veneta Cassette and a Loewe Puzzle Bag and I’ve reached the point where I’d like some outside opinions!
I’m after a daily bag that’s an interesting colour yet still neutral enough to work with my wardrobe.
Both are really comfortable to wear. The Puzzle fits more but is maybe too bulky to be worn crossbody.
Which do you think suits me more / would be a better choice?? (Not worried about trends or resale prices).

I had a wonderful experience at the Munich Longchamp. The shop is newly renovated to look like a Paris apartment. Shelves not so tall, open from the front windows, and no long sales desk/counter.
The amazing store manager, Markus, shared all that with me. He also said Munich was one of the first stores in Europe to have this renovation done. (When I shopped at the Vienna store 2 wks ago, it was under renovation and they had everything temporarily in the basement) I inquired about the special Munich pretzel bag and he said only 4 places (Paris, Munich, St Tropez & somewhere in Belgium?) got a LE bag done this time. His store received 50 bags and most were sold before they came in. So he called Paris and begged for another run of the bag. Which they did for him! They are expecting them in the store next week.
I purchased one and it will be shipped to my cousin's house in Germany (only way to get this bag!)
Markus was so sweet and gave me this little LC gift. It's a ceramic tile, to put fragrance on, he told me to hang it in my closet. I've also posted a picture of the family photo that inspired the plaid bags! ( I purchased 2 from this line)

Hi I have always wanted a genuine chanel bag and never thought I would have one. I have, however, inherited a modest amount of jewellery which I will never wear, so I thought I would sell it to buy a chanel bag. Not enough for a new but hopefully a used one. I have read a lot of threads on here and your combined knowledge is tremendous, and I hoped you could advise me.

I would like it to wear every day so needs to be tough, don't want it stuck on a shelf. I prefer a crossbody, the bag I am currently using every day is a Ralph Lauren 2 zipped camera bag, and I like the style. Can't manage a massive bag either. I have seen the coco boy camera bag, (not the mini) any opinions? Although I do like an outside compartment for my phone, so any ideas would be gratefully received. I know a classic is recommended as a first buy!

I am worried about being scammed as buying used, I have looked at Vestiaire Collective, is that OK? Are there other websites selling guaranteed genuine items please? I want to get it right as it will be my one and only, and buying used I wont have the privilege of trying the bag on.

There is a seller on Rakuten Rakuma called "fromJapan." Does anyone know if this is a safe seller? Truly from Japan and likely more trustworthy because of the strict Japanese counterfeit laws?

Dear tpf ladies, recently i seem to cant get the 5 motif chalcedony bracelet out of my head....

But i cant seem to see any that is quite uniform across all the 5 motifs. Amongst these 2 bracelets, which wld you pick and why? Left vs right.

I prefer consistent look, but i also like something that is more lilac/lavenderish, bolder in color. Does that mean i should go for more opaque , less translucent?

I am debating if I should go for a iridescent pink rectangular mini. I am in love with the color, and calfkin is a bonus. However, I am not sure how iridescent color will wear well in the long run. Can it keep its color or will fade/rub easily? I only own mostly back chanel bags and neutral color. I Never own a iridescent color bag. If you own one iridescent color bag from Chanel, do you recommend it?

I was in London last week and worked with a lovely CA at Bond Street. I was deciding between the different Mon Monogram sunglasses (square, round, cat eye) and opted for round. They were packaged so nicely in a ribboned box that I didn't open until I got home last night, and instead of the Mon Monogram round, I received the square! The price for all 3 shapes is the same.

I'd like to exchange for the round I wanted now that I'm back home (NYC) but the price differential UK vs US is quite significant and I don't see how they could do it in GBP. Am I just out of luck? I don't have plans to go back to the UK right now.

I finally got my hands on my dream shoes, after lusting over them for ages; the Manolo Blahnik Lurum’s in black satin.

These are my first Blahnik’s and my first satin shoes, and so I wonder whether I should be worried about the satin slightly fraying near the heel tabs?

CS says «slight imperfections» aren’t to be considered a manufacturing error. I don’t particularly mind the look, as it’s only visible up close, but that is as long as it doesn’t worsen. So any one with any experience who can chime in before I decide to return/keep them?

Hi! I’m having a trouble to choose between Onyx 5motif VS Guilloche 5motif bracelet.
I tried both of them at my local store and I quite like both of them. But I can only pick one.
I own MOP in 5motif, JUC and love bracelet from Cartier. I also plan to get sweet perlee bangle in RG soon.

I would love to add a lighter color either birkin or kelly. Any recommendations for something slightly lower maintainence or which leathers to definitely avoid? I don't want to have to baby it every waking second but I take decent care of my things.

Just restored a scuff on the front of my gently PreLoved Chanel mini gray iridescent calfskin rectangular bag. I scored her for a great price and took a chance restoring her myself. I should mention that I was a restoration specialist in the doll & antique textile world for years, so there's some carry over skill I suppose. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with the outcome. My hubby couldn't spot the repair. Anyway, so excited I wanted to share!

The mini version of Lady D-joy won’t be out till January. I was not a fan of the regular Lady D-joy but I think the mini version looks quite cute and practical. I also want to add a cloud blue bag into my collection.







The medium LD is a limited edition for the season. I don’t have a medium LD in my collection and never thought about adding one because I’m petite. I just fell in love when I saw this painting.

1 medium book tote(black and white)
2 Montaigne 30(deep green and saddle color)
1 matte black diorama

I also have 2 birkins, 2 Kelly’s, 2 mini evelyne

I don’t necessarily need anything lol I do have a wish for an evening bag with a strap on my list but I plan to get that from Hermes.

I loved the Caro in houndstooth but something about paying 5k for fabric has me in my head.

The large book tote is something I’ve had before and didn’t wear often l but this black and gold combo is pure love
