My beautiful GST arrived today!!! It was listed as 'like new' condition, and overall it is beautiful and everything I hoped for. I saw a PST in a shop window 6-7 years ago and have been drawn to this style since. There's only minimal slouching to the bag, which I'm really pleased about since a lot of the preloved options looked like they lost a lot of their shape. The only downside... it had wear to the corners. I was expecting small rubs, but the wear is more substantial than what I was expecting based on the sellers pictures. That being said, I feel like I got a pretty good price on the bag ($1,700 including shipping and tax). I'm thinking this is probably the best condition I'll be able to find at my price point - thoughts?

What do you guys think of this bag? Yes or No? I went to Celine today and the SA said that the classic has been discontinued and replaced by the Triomphe. Thank you

I just received my Lady dior small, and i am really happy! But I found some weird scratches on the dior charms, like some rounded scratches.. and some dent on the leather strap. I dont know if i am being too sensitive about this matter.. like would you mind? As i know it will scratch sometimes down the road.. but i mean its a new bag
and also when i ordered the bag i really wanted the letters “PUT” for the strap. But the T was out of stock so i opted for a “heart” instead. And now i see that they have the T back in stock.

I have not contaced Dior about the scratches and dent yet, as i have a little bit anxiety thinking they would say its my fault (i have heard some bad experience before). There was plastic wrap/sticker on the dior charm, so i think its a new bag. So also I just dont know if i just should return the whole thing and make a new order. Or tell them about my issues first.

I dont have a store in my country, so everything will be handled online. I did ask if i could change the heart badge to the letter T. But they told me i need to return the whole bag and the badges and then place a new order. I dont know what to do.. I really like the holiday packaging that came with it though

I bought one for myself (Gucci Aphrodite). Had someone wanted to buy me a bag I would have had no trouble being matter of fact and pointing to the bag, letting whoever work with my SA, even going with them if I'd never tried it.

A friend was given a bag as a gift (Fendi First Midi in White) and is torn between returning or keeping. Her family tradition is that you can't ask for what you want because it'd be rude.

I had ordered two pairs of Prada shoes, and I was quite sure I'd go the safe way (some nice black boots).
Things turned out differently when I saw both pairs in rl....I also was a bit bored by my chunky sneakers, so I chose another "weird".

Hello! I just wanted to share my new purchase today on my new Chanel Flap Cardholder from the 23C collection in Calfskin metallic gold. This is my first metallic piece. Does anyone have any tips on what to watch out for? What are the cons? I was told by the SA I should not have issues with the finish being metallic if I am careful, however I have heard metallic finishes do not wear well.
Im not sure if things have changed or if it just depends on what leather is being used. It appears the flap will start to show creasing at the spine as I open and close the flap as the display card holder flap in the metallic gold did show creasing. The gold is pretty loud, but it's growing on me and I love the uniqueness. It has a slight shift of a copper pinkish hue depending on how it is positioned in the light. I would say overall it's a coppery gold, not a true bright gold (like from the Egyptian collection) but as you can see, in bright light (inside the boutique) the color appears to be more gold then copper.
I am very happy with my purchase. It holds my standard car key fob in the larger area along with 1 card, 2 cards in the front smaller pocket and 1 card in the back exterior pocket. It stretches a tad but it is very very little where the snap is not compromised and the shape isn't distorted at all. I love how this can be used as my grab and go if need be. I plan on ordering a conversion kit as well for the days when I want a little crossbody action. I wouldn't mind purchasing another in the extra large size.

Hi! A few years ago my husband bough me Chanel classic caviar black medium for 6800( total with tax taxes). I was disappointed as I though that nothing especially and I read that it easily can be scratched . And I returned it . But all these years it bothers me that I don’t have a Chanel purse yet. Now such purse cost $8800 plus tax . Usually I wear purses everwhere I go . Example my LV purse I wear in grocery stores and ect , the same with Valentino, Burberry . They hold quality very well , not much worn out . Now I about buying another designer purse , I think Gucci Mormont medium dirty rose ($2500) , Dior medium lady bag ($6100) , BUT I still think about CHANEL ( mini classic ? Chanel 19? Classic small ?). Is anybody have this dilemma ??? Is Chanel bag not about quality but presriqe???? By the way I noticed that premium designer go down on leather quality on bags and shoes. I recently purchased the long filligree zip wallet pre-owned. It was listed in new/never used condition, and it arrived with out a scuff or scratch on it.

After three months of daily use, the zip pull is looking really worn at the base. I live 3 hours away from the nearest Chanel. Would this be an easy thing for them to fix? I don't want to make the drive and then be turned away!

I'm on the hunt to add an olive green bag to my collection, but having a hard time nailing down exactly what I want. Here is ideally what I'm looking for:

• A bag about the size or capacity of the Polene Numero Un (or slightly less, as that's a bit big)
• Excellent quality leather, but not more than $600USD
• Gold/light gold hardware
• A top that closes fully--zipper, flap, etc.
• Top handle(s) that are sewn directly onto the bag, not attached with hardware (sorry, I don't know if there is a term for that)
• Crossbody strap option
• Ideally a lesser known brand, but with good customer service and a great reputation for quality
• Kind of a workhouse in terms of quality--I use my bags daily and don't baby them (although I am relatively careful). I have a Coccinelle satchel (Gitane), and 2 Furla satchels (Alba) that I LOVE and have held up beautifully with daily use for a couple of years now, with hardly any wear. However, my Polene Numero Un has peeling on 3 of the corners after only about 3 months of use.

The almost perfect bag I have found is the Fleuron Swann in Olive Green, but I'm afraid of the edges wearing/peeling, like with my Numero Un. There is so little information online, that I'm hesitant to take the plunge.

I ended up getting the Cuyana 13 inch System Tote in dark olive to try, but as I suspected, I think it's too big and unstructured for what I'm looking for. Pros are the beautiful leather and quality; the color; not being a super well-known brand; and excellent customer service with super easy returns.

I'm looking forward to any suggestions!

Hello, i'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I was watching some Dior unboxing and shopping videos on Youtube. I noticed that sometimes the packaging is in the black paper bag.

Is the current paper bag for Dior is black with white dior box and black ribbon? Or is this for certain items (shoes?) or certain bags?
I also see some Dior printed paper bag and boxes. not the plain white Dior bag. I think this is for the Lady Dior bag? And the printed packaging is for Christmas season?

I'm planning of getting the Bobby or Caro bag.
Can we request from them if we want the white Dior paper bag? instead of this black one?
