I have wanted to buy the reverse monogram card holder and I placed orders 5 times and it was cancelled. It shows it is available. I had two LV accounts and one was deleted by my request. My financial institution is not blocking any transcations, and I tried two different cards and the paypal method.
I only got the 'unable to process your order' email. I am not a serial returner. My previous order was a phone order. I have not bought anything from LV this year, so I know I didn't hit the limit.

Can anyone help me understand why they keep cancelling?

Hello! So I just received my Kelly 32 that I purchased from FASHIONPHILE. The bag itself is in really good condition but the dust bag is in terrible shape sadly. It’s very stained. I’m already sad that I couldn’t get a bag with a box but now the dust bag looks terrible and unbecoming of an Hermes bag. Is there anyway to clean the dust bag? If I put it in the laundry will it mess up the Hermes logo on it? I know it’s a small thing but I will never ever be able to buy a new Kelly/Birkin in store as I just cannot spend 3:1 so I kind of want my preloved purchases to be as nice as possible. Thanks!

Around end of April, both my friend and I were offered an Ostrich mini Roulis in different stores in the same city. Her was a Gris Perle, while mine was a Nata, its interesting to find there is a price difference around $1,000 USD between 2 bags (Nata is 1K more). Its normal for the price difference of various types of leather, but I seldom heard of price difference among colors.

Do you have any similar experience? Pls. share!

So folks. As I acquired some bag charms, but have had them mainly sitting in their boxes, they need to come out and be used. I have some from Paula‘s Ibiza, SA and HMC.

Time for unpacking and testing combos. I hate trying combos (also in clothes, which is why I love dresses, no fuss with combos.). But those are to pretty to sit in the closet, also it would be a waste of money.

As the title states.. I'm currently in search of a (rather) specific card wallet configuration..
I did find the perfect one however it's Goyard.. I already have a small card case from Goyard (Saint-Sulpice) already!

However I'm looking for a similar configuration like the Goyard Saint-Pierre!
To be more specific:

• fully leather (not canvas)
• vertical bi-fold (preferably without a button)
• vertical inserts
• bill slot
• NO coin purse/zip/pouch attached to it

e.g.


I am aware YSL has a few in their line-up for the men's collection. My brother has one from YSL, I'm not trying to have the same one!
(+ I also have a card case from YSL already)

If anyone has any suggestions of similar configurations for a card case/wallet like this, please do comment below!

The Saint Laurent Kate has always been my dream bag but for some reason, never picked it up.

I have recently gone through a physical and emotional s***show that I am so fortunate I survived.

I'm wondering if getting them in both gold and silver hardware is too much? Should I instead get a Chanel WOC or something?

I only like black bags.

I'm eyeing:

Small black GDP with silver hardware
Small black GDP with gold hardware (or get the tassel version? but I read it tarnishes)

What do you think?

Today is my birthday ...

I'd my "offer" in my 20s, post graduation.
I turned it down because I felt, with Bachelor degree attained is insufficient reason to "earn" me a B (although the money, from allowances, was more than sufficient).

I then got a good job, built decent savings & portfolio, by now.
But, I can never shell out the $ for a B or a K.

In my ears, I keep listening to my family on how hard they made it.

In my head,
I know how (extremely) hard I got here independently
B or K isn't a need


Question:
When do you tell yourself, it's OK to buy a B or a K?
I have access to buy w/o pre-spend, thru a H's vip client.

I recently decided I needed the Etui in PM for travel and looked on the U.S. website and only the MM is available. I reached out to customer service and they said both the PM and GM are not being produced any more!

Help! I purchased a Vaneau in 2016 and the handle glazing has melted. I took it to LV and they've sent the bag to Singapore for assessment. The assessment result came back and they want to charge me over AUD$1000 to replace the handle. They said that the glazing has melted due to usage & storage which I called BS as the bag was rarely used & it was stored alongside my other LV & Chanel bags, and none of them have melted glazing. I can tell the SA that was assigned to assist with this is a newbie and she has no idea what is going on other than passing the message from the assessment centre, and I told her that I strongly disagree with the assessment (due to no other LV bags have the same issues being stored at the same place) and have asked if this can be escalated to someone with higher authority. She said she will ask her manager and get back to me.

I'm very upset as this was my 10th year anniversary present and I've baby it since day one. I don't see how it can be my fault. I understand there haven't been any post regarding the Vaneau having their glazing melted like some other LV bags that are known defects, but surely this can't be the way I've stored or use it? I just don't understand!

Can anyone share if they have experienced something similar? Did you end up having a positive outcome? And any advice on what else I can do to make them reconsider the case?

I love the bag but I am planning to use it daily with running errands and doing school runs...I just wondered whether the pumpkin prints will eventually fade/peel off with time?

Just had a question for pochette Coussin owners abt the chain strap.

Is the chain heavy when you wear it and is it comfy? Does it dig on your shoulder? I saw a pochette Coussin on 24s and am considering it but unsure abt the chain strap. It looks quite chunky from the website. Does the chunky chain overwhelm the bag?

I also noticed that the chain is special and unique in that the LV charm is removeable completely? Is that correct and it can be worn as a belt bag as well as a shoulder bag. Do you find it comfy crossbody and also as a belt bag? Does anyone wear it as a belt bag?

Would love to hear some thoughts on what you think of the chain, if it’s too heavy, comfy and enjoy wearing it or would you have preferred a thinner lighter chain for the bag like the felicie chain strap for example.

Any thoughts or comments would be great!

I just wanted to kindly ask for your advice, I bought the love bracelet in yellow gold last year with 4 diamonds, and are looking to get myself a YG love ring tomorrow for my birthday…

I am currently considering the love ring full size with no diamonds as the version with diamonds are so thick and uncomfortable for me who usually don’t wear rings…

Second option is the yellow gold love wedding band with one diamond… I initially ask my sa for advise and he suggested the love wedding band would look better to match the the diamonds but then at the same time the full size is sooo classic… can someone please give me their insight if you had the same dilemma? I’m planning to wear it on my right hand on my middle/ring ringer..

I bought this bag by an Onlineshop and now I’m not sure if i should keep the bag. What’s your opinion?

This is my first time sending in 2 items for repairs at the same time. I sent in a necklace for lengthening and a pair of earrings to be soldered. I received a voicemail today from my local boutique saying my necklace was ready for pick up but nothing about my earrings.
I called them back and the SA said that if the voicemail only mentioned the necklace then the earrings are probably still out for repair. I was assuming they'd both come back at the same time since they went out for repairs on the same day.
Is this normal? Do they come in one at a time sometimes?

I impulse bought her a couple of days ago but now I am experincing major buyer remorse because I was saving for a tpm Evie in gold. I really love her color and her classical style but I am afraid that it would be a bit too formal for my lifestyle.
I am petite and curvy, in my early 40s, two kids, working in the sanitary field.
My aesthetic is 70s french boho chic meets Lily Van der Woodsen (Celine, Polene, Hermes are my fav brands) with wide leg jeans or trousers, blouses and mariniere, cozy cashmere jumpers, Max Mara coats during autumn and mainly a biker or a denim jacket for spring. I often wear heels, ballerinas or sneakers.
I am a neutral and dusty colors lover, never wear fluo or jewel tones.
My.fave bags are Celine belt and trotteur, Hermes Evie, Polene Tonca and Un mini, LV mini Alma.
