Have any of you purchased a Grace bag from a.p.c.? I’m considering getting one but I’m only just starting out in the luxury bag world and it seems many of the reviews don’t recommend it as a first luxury bag. I’m having a difficult time finding reviews that discuss the wearing or show photos of truly worn ones. I’m not concerned about potential scratches, and I think it would add to the vintage/lived in vibes. If you have one or had one, what do you think of it? How has it worn? Would you recommend it as an everyday bag? TIA!

I ordered the Tilton crossbody from dooney.com. They shipped via UPS and it was supposed to be delivered September 2. Why did UPS drop my package at the post office instead of delivering to my door? if UPS had not sent my package to the post office, I would have my Tilton. has anyone had this happen where UPS sent your package to the post office instead of delivering to your front door?

So after I got off work, I drove to the outlet. Everything was 40% off and had an extra 20% off for the Labor Day sale, which ends today…I was really looking forward to this store as I've never been to a dooney outlet. The store was tiny, but they had all the new pebble leather satchels that came in Toledo florentine back in the day ( domed satchel, medium mail satchel, stanwich hobo) they were VERY beautiful and large. ..
so when I first walk in the store, on the table in front of me, was ALL the Florentine. Sigh they had ivy green, stunning color, in ALL the satchel sizes, from nano to large. But I wanted a large navy Florentine satchel as my birthday bag. And I was greeted by the 3 S.A.s. I told them I was there for my birthday bag. I immediately ask for every navy satchel in the back, the one on the shelf was handled/ scratches. She brought out 2 and both had smooth backs and textured fronts. Sigh then I see the small domed satchel in ivy. LOVED it! But I got it in chestnut $129 I see the Florentine fold over crossbody in ivy $119. had to have it with matching deluxe mo Zip wallet. Im circling the store looking at EVERYTHING and the S.A brought out the SMOOTHEST FLORENTINE NAVY SATCHEL ALL IN FACTORY WRAP. GOD IS SOOOOOOOO GOOD.
I got a card holder in black, small striped carrington, and a double zip wristlet completing my birthday HAUL… they gave me my first duck. I love EVERYTHING in my haul

Recently I have been selling a lot of my Bags/Slgs collection mainly because my work status has changed and my lifestyle has changed too and I no longer opt for a larger bag collection .. (I previously had over 40 bags most in brand new condition now some where in 25, I had 100+ slgs which is a lot and i sold a lot of them almost down to 20 now)

Since i started selling my Bags and Slgs i have lost a lot of money and hardly got what I paid and almost never made a profit.

and resale market is kind of dead as well (for sellers!)

Are you in same position ? are you still going ahead with your selling/downsizing ?

I recently got a 10 motif but I would like it wear it as a bracelet as well.. wrapping around twice is too long and would slip through but not enough length for wrapping around three times.. not looking to adjust the length permanently as it looks fine as a necklace.

Does anyone wear their 10 motif as a bracelet and has good tips on how to do it and where to get good matching extensions?

A Bayswater tote and Darley satchel are on my wishlist at the moment. I like bags that I can wear over my shoulder, and normally carry big bags. Do any of you know whether black or brown bags ever go into the sale?

I recently ordered the Tiffany baguette (collab with Fendi). Although these sold out, I was lucky to find one new with tags, box, & receipt from a private seller in Rome.

Now that the bag has arrived, I realize I have a dilemma about what shoes to wear with it. Despite the fact that I have tons of shoes, nothing seems quite right. I have now gone down a rabbit hole trying to figure this out.

The only real colors that would "match" in my opinion are the same color Tiffany blue (at risk of being too matchy-matchy) or silver. Challenge with the blue is not knowing if would really be the right shade or if color would coordinate as I find it's sometimes hard to tell accuracy of colors online. I don't have any silver shoes and there might be a reason for that lol. As a stand alone, i think silver would probably match more clothing overall than the blue but I do like the way the blue would match the bag.

I am going to share a couple of collages I put together quickly to show the bag and various shoes I found online when I searched for those 2 specific colors. I think the blue Ferragamo sandals with the bow look like the best match. The Tory Burch clue flats look cute but I've never worn this style (or really any style closed toe shoe). I really like the givency mules with the small block heel but can't actually find for sale. I did discover that Nordstrom actually has a silver version of a Fendi baguette slide which would obviously coordinate the best but again, too matchy-matchy or cute together? Note: I am usually super OCD about everything matching.

I do realize that depending on what I wear I can also wear shoes that match that color and carry the bag for a pop of color. But first time I went to use this, I was wearing a black dress and realized every single pair of black shoes I have has gold hardware and wouldn't work. If I wear with red (a color combo i suggested to someone else recently), I do have red shoes, as well as pink, white, pastel yellow, nude, etc. But for black or other random outfits I might wear this with, I feel I need something.

Please share your candid thoughts or other suggestions with me!

Hi, anyone have both the Randonnee and the Sac Shopping tote? Or have just one or the other? If you have both, how do you use both or are they redundant? I realize one is more of a backpack / sling and other one is a tote, but if both used for the same reason, is there any particular advantage to using one versus the other?

If you have only one of the two, how did you choose?

I'm curious if/how/why anyone is using either or both of these bags.

i Used to own several BV bags, but sold most when we moved out of the US. Now that we are back I would like to add one or two. I much prefer the older styles and am trying to decide between the 3 bags below.
Any thoughts on which would be the most versatile. Love the parachute in Baralo, the Garda in Quetsche, and the bronze color and the hardware on the loop bag.

Does anyone have any experience with the new Diana? Would it make a good casual carry bag? Do you find it too big or too small? Is the leather soft? Easy to care for? Is the interior nice? Is it heavy? Any input would be appreciated! I’ve been looking at it in black or brown for a while now and can’t seem to get off the fence!

I have a saddle bag that is almost 20 years old. And another bag that is in Silk but looks kind of like a lady dior bag. I do not live in Paris but is travelling to Paris next week. Can I bring the bag into main store to fix-up and have them ship it back to me? Or should I get that service done where I live.
