Scarves Scarf Decisions …..?
Happy Sunday, everyone!
I'm soliciting advice on my latest scarf purchase. I've been trying to decide on a neutral 140 shawl to wear with my mostly neutral wardrobe. I generally wear very little color outside of scarves (mostly ivory, navy, browns/camels, and the occasional burgundy or olive green), so I'd like a neutral shawl to add into the mix.
I was first inspired by @SilkCouture and her stunning styling of the Lettres Equestres shawl in the naturel/beige/rose poudre cw. i loved the soft colors of this one, and I think it's one of the few truly neutral shawls currently available, but I decided to return and think about it more because the pattern itself doesn't really excite me (although I can make the argument that color matters more than pattern...)

I was then heavily influenced by @LKBNOLA to try the Sous Le Charme D'Orphee shawl in the naturel / terracotta / marine cw. I love the whimsical pattern of this one, and I do love the overall color scheme, but I'm not sure if I think it's got too much orange to really get away with being neutral.

Thoughts? Opinions? I'm also wondering if I should wait to see if the elusive cw08 of the D'Orphee eventually makes an appearance (the tan/black/brown version), but that one looks quite a bit darker and I do love the light background of these two shawls.
As a bonus, though off-topic as it's not FW24, I did snag a pop-back of the On A Summer Day GT in navy. Love this one too but have to weigh the pros and cons with a Cheval Vague I just found on Fashionphile. Too many decisions
